Linda was so helpful! We are doing a remote closing on a house and had so many papers that needed to be notarized, photocopied for our records and then sent overnight via ups. She was absolutely wonderful!
This Oak Ridge UPS store is the best in the area. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Return brought in box w lable per Amazon return instructions. The employee said she'd tape the box better for me, no problem. She looked in box then said well actually you should buy an envelope for $2. I told her I just wanted to use the original box and then her reply was well we charge $2 to tape the box anyways. Return instructions didn't mention any additional charges for free service, I told her I wasnt interested and went to the ups next town over. Now I wasted time going to that location and leaving feedback, thanks!

The representative, Reneé, was extremely friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. She is fantastic! Also, I've always had my packages delivered exactly when they said it would get there.

Joe was only one in store…he multitasked with ease. I had a huge order with fragile pictures, china and silver. He took other customers while dealing with my 5 packages and frankly I was impressed! Better yet all my stuff arrived and was wrapped so carefully my son is having trouble unwrapping it all. Just want to thank Joe and crew for a job WELL DONE! Thank you

Keshon & Linda were EXTREMELY helpful during my visit to this store! I came in because I needed to print out bridal shower games for my sister in law's bridal shower. I knew I would need over 70 pages printed using a couple PDF templates. Keshon helped the entire time and was knowledgeable in the best way to print the games from the template I used.

Once again returning something back to Amazon and was told by the employee to scan it myself . Absolutely no one else in the store so he was not busy with another customer. I just do not understand why they are there . I thought that I'm the customer and their the worker at this business supposedly doing their job. When I go to a diner or burger place they don't tell me to cook my own food. I DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR JOB ! that's why it's called a JOB you were hired to do that JOB

Poor attitudes and poor service! Was unfamiliar with this UPS and needed a piece of tape for my package, they charge two dollars for a piece of tape, I could see charging two dollars for convenience if someone did not want to wrap it but being new to here and not knowing, I explained that to the woman, but still, two dollars for a piece of tape Just know you’re going to lose customers that wa, Oh will be using this UPS .

Many, many, MANY THANKS to Renee' and Keishon who were persistent in helping find a solution to the delivery of an antique piece of furniture from NJ to FL. This was oversized for their usual jobs, but they did an AMAZING job of packing it and ultimately finding a shipper to handle it. It arrived safely. My father has since passed, and this is a lovely legacy that I will always have. Thank you for your assistance.

The customer service was fantastic. I don’t ever ship packages so I was definitely a little lost on what to do but the guy who helped me was very patient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing and how to best help me which made the process quick and easy!
