Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will come up with a million reasons to not take items back. I came back with the shoes that I had never worn before. They first said they won’t return to my card, made me wait for 1 month. Then didn’t take it back coz they found an issue with the box and soul. I had never worn these shoes, it was as is. I even bought a bigger size from a different store coz I just wanted to exchange for a bigger size. Stay away from them.

Good selection of shoes at the Newport mall location, had to walk out due a rude sales person who did not know how to treat customers. All we did was ask about the price of an item and we were told “everything is not on sale”. Just read the past reviews posted and see a trend here. We were looking to purchase 3 pairs. The sales person was heavy set woman wearing glasses. Hope corporate Aldo reads this and takes appropriate action..

I have been a customer at Aldo for several years. I recently went to the Newport Mall location, there was a lady (heavyset) in charge of the store. Upon entering the store, she immd got up from her seat and stood right behind my brother and I while we were looking at shoes, with a look of suspicion making us uncomfortable. we ended up buying only one pair when we planned for three. It is unfortunate you have someone like her who thinks customers come for shoplifting and one that doesn't like the sight of non-white people. this is the last time I will be visiting the store. you will soon lose your minimal business if you have employees like her.

Angelique wasted my time with a simple return. I clearly exchanged a shoe with the original receipt, and ordered a new one online, through the store. The shoe took to long to arrive so I wanted to return it. I showed her the only receipt I had for the transaction, and she forced me to show her my BANK account just to “prove” I made the purchase…when it was on the RECEIPTS. After 15 minutes I got aggravated and asked her if the return would go through if I didn’t purchase with the card that was in my hand , and she says no. SO WHY NOT LET ME SLIDE MY CARD?! Instead of questioning me and treating me like a scam artist?! Slid my card and it didn’t work. Tried my Apple Pay and boom, I finally got my money back. This store always complains about getting returns but that is not my business. Give me my money. I will never purchase from this store again, but I will continue to make all my returns here! :)

I bought shoes in this store,I wore them only once, when I walked from the house to the parking lot, my heel simply fell off.I came to the store for help to fix or change to the same model. The manager of the store refused to do this and spoke to me very rudely!I thought Aldo cared about the quality of its products.Very disappointed!

No matter how hard I try I just cant seem to find my size in Aldo anymore. Their widths are so wide half of my feet are hanging out and no support in soles, it feels like I'm walking on cement and same with sneakers. Very sad to say Aldo is no longer reliable when it comes to quality.Staffs are friendly but didn't appreciate pushing to sell $6 pads that was not asked for. I was forced to leave due to blasting music.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I just went shopping here over the weekend and DESTINY tried to scam me during my purchase. I went shopping here for a pair of loafers for the upcoming holiday season. After finding the size that I needed I went up to the register where DESTINY began ringing me up. During the transaction she went to go look at the price of the shoe that was on display. The bottom of the shoe read "$85" but there were signs throughout the store that read "Extra 25% off". When she came back to the register, she rang up the shoes and then told me that she would throw in a few "free" items so that I could keep my shoes looking clean. I told her that I had this product already at home, but she told me that "you will now have two". Since it was "free" I didnt think much of it. She scanned the 2 "free" items and placed them in the shoe box. She then read me my total which was "$85"...I questioned why the shoes were less expensive due to the extra 25% off...she stated that its only on "select items". After walking out of the store, i looked at the receipt that was emailed to me and noticed that the shoes were rung up with the extra 25% off and that the additional "free" items that she had placed in the box were indeed charged to my card and were added to my purchase. I went back immediately into the store and asked why I was charged with these additional items, she responded " I gave you a bigger discount on the shoes, so the product really didn't cost you anything anyways". She refused to acknowledge me any further and dismissed me. I again left the store for a minute, looked at ALDO.com and saw that the shoes were in fact 25% off. I once again went back into the store. DESTINY rolled her eyes at me immediately. I told her that the shoes were 25% off online and that she had falsely charged me for products that I didn't ask for. She finally agreed to allow me to return the shoes for the corrected price. She then took back the "free" product, threw the box back at me and walked away without saying anything. DESTINY is trying to scam people into thinking she is doing them a favor, when she is actually scamming customers. This type of behavior is not acceptable and actions should be taken immediately to ensure this does not happen again. There are many people are on the job search right now and ALDO should hire individuals who lead with honesty and integrity.

Don't expect any customer service. Refused to accept my returns. Store manager and his subordinates were rude and aggressive. Stay away from this store.
