I had a very disappointing experience with AT&T. When switching from another carrier, I was told by the manager at the branch that I would receive a $100 voucher per line added as a promotional offer. It has now been almost three months, and I haven’t received anything.
This branch made promises that seem to be nothing but false claims. I feel misled, and the lack of follow-up is extremely frustrating. I expected better transparency and professionalism from such a reputed company.
I would recommend avoiding this branch, as their words don’t match their actions. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.

Upon entering the store my partner and I were not greeted by anyone on the sales floor despite there being 4 sales associates present, 3 of which I didn’t identify as employees immediately due to their lack of communication and/or professionalism. I seated myself at a table where some time later an associate let me know someone would be with us momentarily. A gentleman with tattoos, a t-shirt and hat glared at me in an uneasy way and in return I gave him the same stare only to learn that he was a staff member upon approaching the table I was seated at. The two woman who stood on the opposite side of the store were both idle employees who failed to offer any sort of assistance or service as well; I only discovered they were employees once another gentleman came into the store and walked up to interrupt their banter. The woman with glasses and a short hair cut treated work as if she was in high school, laughing loudly and continuing conversation despite it being a work environment where her assistance was needed. I’ve never visited a location so inhospitable and unwelcoming, there is not one employee on shift today that AT&T should be proud of having hired.

One person was helpful. Five others just standing around doing absolutely nothing.
But the biggest annoyance is that when I got my new phone, they signed me up for Asurion (device protection) when I declined. I only found out 2 weeks later when I got a bill notice saying I’ll be charged $17/mo. I explicit remember saying no to device protection, but they get commission for signing people up for it. Gross behavior.

I visited the AT&T store recently and unfortunately, my experience was just awful due to an associate named Nes (Nestor I believe) he exhibited the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen in customer service... From the moment I approached him for assistance, he seemed disinterested and dismissive. When Nes got on the iPad to pull up my account, he stalled for like 5 minutes just chit-chatting to another associate about the “hood” and other inappropriate stuff, while I was just standing there waiting for him to input my information into the iPad.. From there it got worse, Instead of offering help, he responded to my questions with rudeness and a lack of basic courtesy.
It felt as though he didn't want to assist me at all, which was frustrating. Customer service is crucial in retail, and his attitude was not only unhelpful but very off-putting.. I hope management addresses this issue, as I would not want anyone else to have a similar experience, and I’ve been a loyal customer to AT&T for years now..

My favorite part of the visit was being told to go to Best Buy for iPhone 15 charger and headphones. Don’t worry, Verizon and T-Mobile have them. AT&T petty af.

Lost my phone on Father's Day's and had service suspended. Came into the AT&T store, was greeted warmly and was immediately serviced by the agent. She was informative and very pleasant to talk with. All your agents should be like her. Thanks for asking.

Even if you have an AT&T closer to you than this location, I still suggest coming here. The service is significantly better than at other AT&Ts and they have much more in stock - if you need a new iPhone come here for your choice in color and model, other locations in the area have smaller stock.

Large store, unhelpful employee especially the manager Miguel. He couldn’t be bothered to solve a problem I had and was rude. How do these people have a job I don’t know.

Made the mistake of buying my phone through AT&T instead of buying it outright with cash for the exact same price at a retailer. Now I can’t activate Esims on my new phone when I travel because the phone is AT&T’s property and not mine.

Loved my experience at AT&T while switching services. Easy to work with and great deals overall . Nestor was amazing & trustworthy. Nestor had the willingness to go the extra mile to look for the best rates and plan . I really appreciate his hard work . I’ve gotten all honest answers to all my questions. “Highly Recommended” ! I left satisfied & excited about my new phone watch and service for my children & self ! Excellent. I’ll definitely be back ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
