No order. No service. Few women acting like they are working but they're not aware of themselves. I had an appointment on Monday. Allegedly senior banker Geslie Dagene said she can do only one task for a customer at a day and gave me an other appointment for Friday. I went there again today, been told to wait for my appointment. She spent an hour on French speaking African guy and in the mean time she helped an other French speaking African woman. I was late at work and decided to ask how long more I'll have to wait. She told me that I can leave if I want to in rude and disrespectful manners.

Have been trying to communicate with someone for more than a week now, nobody picks up the phone (have called 50+ times each day), emailed the representatives directly and didn't receive an answer either, on top of that appointments are given a minimum of 2 weeks later. Terrible customer service.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Very Rude Poor Customer Service Asks For 3 Different Identification To Cash Checks Hands You Your Money Without An Envelope Says The Amount Of Money You Are Receiving OUT LOUD Putting You In Danger For A Potential Robbery!! And There's Only ONE TELLER!!! I Believe IffThis Was In A Predominantly Rich Neighborhood This Would Not Be Tolerated But Because It's In An Urban Area Predominantly AA and Hispanic That's Why This Is Like This!!!! If My Checks Were Given Through Another Bank I Would Never Ever Come Here Again!!

The most bureaucratic bank ever. One teller at 9 AM on Monday. Corporate rules are ridiculous. You cannot talk easily to anyone on the phone. Phone waits are way too long. And the phone tree? Eeek. People who are supposed to assist you do not know what they are doing. Give incomplete or bad advice. E.g. wasn't warned that my phone was not adequate for online banking. And you need appointments to talk to people. The appointment I got was 10 days after my call. Never ever happened to me before. This delayed my opening of my account.Mostly recently I deposited a check from a tenant and they put a 10 day hold on it. So B of A is assuming that I deposit bad checks? No bank has ever done this to me. Teller should have inquired about the check. I could have explained that it came from someone with stellar payment history. Besides that, the announcement of the delay was such that I felt the bank thought I was some kind of criminal who was depositing a check from some other criminal. Also I had to buy a new iPhone to use the bank as it is all online and you cannot use an older phone. This was not true of the bank I came from, a local bank called ConnectOne. Sorry they are not in my area. Good service and reasonable policies. The only reason I am banking here is that B of A is closest to my home and I may need to use the ATM.I feel sorry for their customers.Finally the 1 rating really should be zero. I am going to ask my friends if there is a better bank in Jersey City I can use.PS I will take a photo next time to show the back up of customers. Did not happened in my former bank.
