Last Saturday the 7th of Oct paid my phone bill my phone was cut off this morning always try to pay phone bill on time not really understanding what happened . A person should not have to go through this after paying their bill on time every month.

Horrible phone company. I’ve been trying to get assistance with my phone service for weeks now! All the company says is they are experiencing an internal issue so they aren’t able to assist anyone until their system is back up. This is unacceptable and ridiculous! I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere!
