There are two receptionists at the front desk when you first arrive. They barely look up at you, much less greet you. One is a blond, the other is named Cassandra. The latter is really ghetto, and speaks extremely uneducatedly, inappropriately, etc. , and stares at the patients in a very weird and uncomfortable manner. I even heard them laughing at some of the people who come to this place.

This place is the worst place for people struggling with disabilities. Prescribers there won't even write you a doctor's note for any reason unless they have seen you for six months! Now I need to go back to work after being hospitalized and they refuse to write one! Plus they expect me to travel an hour just to pick up a prescription for blood work? This place is for the birds.

The director stephanie Simon refused me services in a time of crisis because of what they did to me . She went to another program without my permission and asked them information, she told me that she canceled my apolointmet had me very stressed, in the time of need .to make a grievance with my health insurance that he did this to me. She was forcing me to go and making demands on me. I am physically disabled walking disability and I have other chronic out th disabilities, that .ake it hard for me to go in for my apolointmet s. That's why we had agreed on it for my appointments to be on zoom . The Director Stephanie Simon I was not participating when I was. I had Cardiology appointment the next day and the funeral to go to thatweek .she was demanding that I go in for an appointment she was yelling at me on the phone asking me where my doctor was and where the frunal was and who died .. the director Stephanie Simon has no feelings or Compassion or empathy for no one she saw that I was sobbing crying I had to beg her to stop.She was demanding need that I go in for my appointments and I had to go to her program and not go to the other program I had no choice. So then she said choose what I wanted . I felt I needed to tell her to let me out the program because she was forcing me to things I could not do.Now Stephanie will not let me back into the program after meeting that we had because I put a grievance then towards what she did to me asking for an apology she refused to apologize and confess what she did to me, in a time of my crises , she refuses to accept me back into the program. And I am begging please this is a mental health program. She has no compassion or empathy. She is a very demanding forcing person.her way or the high way . I thought they say they are the best .A crises program. They told me I wouldn't have to beg here .Stephanie Simon doesn't care for Noone but her self .

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. None of these people seem fit for their position in this organization that is "non-profit". Do NOT work here!!! If they don't think you're a good fit for the position, they will call the police and have them come to your desk to tell you you're fired. Why do you need an officer to escort you to deliver this news to a non violent person that hasn't posed any threat to anyone?? No one was in danger!! A LOT OF KAREN BUSINESS GOING ON IN THERE. STAY AWAY!!

Absolutely horrible. The "psychiatrist" is utterly incapable. Place does not meet regulation for covid. Nor does it deserve 1 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Should be shut down, period.

Staff is caring, courteous, and professional. The psych there, Oyenike, is awesome. I’ve known her for at least four years now, and she’s always spent more time evaluating me and asking me questions than any psychiatrist I’ve ever gone to. You’re not just a statistic to them, but an actual person. They were a tremendous help then, and they continue to be a caring and compassionate place now. I would recommend Bridgeway to everyone.

Great staff. They helped me thru a very difficult time 6 yrs ago. To this day whenever I feel anxious or overwhelmed I use the techiques I learned during my sessions. My therapist helped me recognize where my issues were coming from & how to deal with them. She did not cuddle me. She was clear, honest, & real with me that straight forward approach helped me break through & out of the cycle of anxiety & depression. I am so grateful to her & the rest of staff they made me feel welcomed & comfortable at every turn.

For a place with Crisis Intervention - they sure don't do a good enough job of working at the pace of a crisis. The psych department there is garbage, Duceta is rude, brash, and yells at his patients due to his lack of patience. I was running out of medicine and called on Monday. I had to call on Thurs just to make sure everyone was still in the play. I would only go back for counseling.

Lisa is the best !!!! I had a situation with someone who needed help but couldn't get any and she helped us all the way to the end. The office is very calm and clean. Everyone who works there is very friendly and nice and will help out with anything.

If you need real help do not go to this place. Receptionist are really nice. The director seems like she needs to have a session with a therapist herself. The doctor isn't educated enough to provide real help. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
