Used to have an easy, cool experience here when mature adults like manager Badshah ran things a few years ago, this last experience was frustrating and disrespectful to customers.Why? Staffs lazy attitude, car wasn't parked near booth ready to go like every previous time, then staff woman lied it was on the top floor when it wasn't among the 10 Budget cars in their small labeled parking area. Wasted 10 mins looking for it on 2 floors. There's no elevator up- not great when carrying heavy luggage (or for those with mobility issues), stair entry isn't even marked clearly- you'll walk into a maintenance room if you chose the back corner that intuitively seems the right choice- and where staff indicates the cars are parked up top. Stairs were dirty and and once up on the 4th floor the roof walkway may be flooded if it's just rained. Budget and the parking building owners need to both address the unlabeled stairs, flooding issue and entry finger scanner being so dirty when you press it to get a ticket to enter while returning the car you may have to try it as many as 20 times until it works. My fingers were clean and not the problem- it's their reader was dirty and very smudged. Theres no manual workaround option either. No one is around to help either if you're stuck and it won't read your finger tap. Ridiculous problems so easily solved.For the amount I paid for a weekday that's far too much hassle and expense. I'm avoiding this location for future rentals, sad because it was my fav go to.

I was overcharged with 1000 dollars it took me 3 weeks and 8 hours of phone calls to get back almost the whole thing

Above and beyond customer service, I’d give more stars if I could. After the other Budget we’d gone to didn’t have our car in stock, we called them and though it wasn’t their problem- they went above and beyond to try and accommodate us. It isn’t every day you experience kindness and dedication like this. I would DEFINITELY recommend :)

It was a very good place and the people who work in the budget/Avis office are very polite and they always helps me to get the best cars with best prices and always gives the good response over phone calls and the cars are very clean with good fragrance.

Do check your receipt carefully before you leave the office!! I returned the car with full tank and found that they charged me extra 20 bucks since they said it was 7/8 instead of full tank.The other time I already returned the car, but received several email from budget that the car was not returned. Went to office again and realized the agent didn’t close my case. So wasting of time and money each time I deal with budget. Disappointed.

Had some bad customer service experiences with Budget today, but when we called this location Tina was very helpful.Note for Budget; please remove non-existing locations from Apple/Google maps.

Used to be my go-to place, but changed owners and seems to have gone downhill. Showed up 20 min before scheduled pick-up time, and they were out of cars. I just saw the guy let someone out w/ a car. So maybe they got a higher price on a last minute rental? who knows. Also said they called to let me know, but they did not. Won't be returning

They run the shop like a scam, keep charging you 3 times after you returned car to ridicules reasons.
