Very bad service, it is always a problem to see a representative, they do not guide you well, they do not tell you what exact documents you need and when you go to your appointment, some paper is missing 👎

Long wait, unhelpful and the service provided is trash. Why do I need to make an appointment to create an account? That’s how you lose a new customer.

I had an appointment at 2:30 with Rosa Bastidas for opening a new checking account. I asked a question regarding an old account which got closed and I just wanted to know the reason, she called the customer service and they told her to wait for 15 mins and they will let her know the reason. But she right there refused to wait. So my point is if you can’t even help a customer to know what’s wrong then what’s the reason of having you in the bank? How is that helping the customer. It’s just wasting the customer’s time.

Awful. Chase should be ashamed to have this place representing their brand. 4/5 ATM's were broken during peak banking hours on a Saturday morning. The lobby is always crowded and noisy. This is easily the worst branch in the entire company!

Their ATM is always broken. One of it is never working and the other one doesn't not recognize tap from apple pay. Recommend to save time by walking to another ATM than wait in line to figure out this.

They don’t really provide much help. As soon as you ask for receipts on why you were charged certain amount, they ask you to call chase and resolve it. They can only do the basics. Now I understand who a lot of customers show frustration at this chase location. I have visited many chase branches and have had the worst experience at this branch. They need to train the employees and the managers on how to resolve problem and not just ask them to call chase and resolve it by ourselves.
