Charlie is an amazing personal trainer that will guide you to your fitness goals and push you past the levels you thought you were capable of achieving. I used to hate working out. CKO made me love it! If you want to be challenged, see real results and also have a good time while doing it then sign up ASAP.

Joined their 16 week challenge. One month in I’ve lost almost 8 lbs. Very good experience! The InBody they provide allows you to know your body data. The : classes a week rule really keep me moving. Classes are mostly pretty intense, fast pace and engaging! Love all the trainers there.
