DO NOT PATRONIZE HERE!My diabetes med trulicity was on back order at Duane Reade. Called around several pharmacies and court house pharmacy said they had my meds in stock. I asked several times 90 day supply. He said yes. Asked me to text copy of my ID and insurance card. I said I wasn't comfortable doing that. He said I would have to come in and they would make copy. Then process prescription. I text pics of cards and request to transfer from Duane Reade. Called me back after 6pm and said it was ready to pick up. But he received strange message of a drug interaction. I asked how can that be if you only have one prescription. He asked was I on other diabetes meds. I said yes. He said I should transfer my other meds there. I said let's see how this goes first. I explained I was at work in midtown nyc and couldn't make it there by 7 when they close. I would pick up first thing in the morning when they open at 9am. I was there at 9am. He did not arrive until 9:30. I was standing outside in 30 degree weather. No apology for being late. Then he finally gets my prescription and says it's only for 30 days not 90 and the copay is $80. My copay for 90 days at Duane Reade is $25. I asked why only 30 days when I asked yesterday and was told 90 days as stated on my prescription. He said he wasn't the one I spoke to yesterday. And they are doing this as a courtesy, they are losing $100. This is deceptive business practice and they should be investigated by the department of consumer affairs and the attorney general. I am reporting to both agencies.

A great pharmacy with very friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and patiently will explain what your prescription entails. Highly recommended. Convenient to Journal Square.

Staff is almost always late in the morning when I have to pick up important packages. They do not follow the schedule listed here.

Good with very reasonable prices. Owner is down to earth and his new assistant pharmacist appears to have finally learned the importance of brevity.

Great prescription service, and that is their strength. Personalized service. This is not a one-stop serves all place. The retail area, they have the basics and that's it.

Classist pharmacist against people trying to make a living wage and claims he would purposely buy food he doesn't even like in order to support the exploitation of the workers. Sad. Gross.

This drug store is very dependable when it comes to medicines items. They have all you need and they also offered discounts for those old ones. They are also very accommodating to customers.

Been going here for over 2 years and it's amazing. Simple go in get your meds and leave. The people are extremely nice. Love supporting local pharmacies better than Walgreens, CVS, Walmart Etc

Poor customer service and they weren't not trying to help me or answer my questions. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking for some common courtesy. Also they do not adhere to New Jersey Law in accordance with Covid perversion as the man at the register was not wearing a mask.
