Andrew is the most discourteous pharmacist and addresses patients as you guys. Mental health is a serious problem and he refers to people who need mental health medication as you “you guys in need” have to find another way! Shocking he needs to work in a prison as an inmate.

Worst experience with CVS ever. Leaving a one star here may be useless but I just want to let people know this should not be a 'real' CVS pharmacy. I mean CVS should be better. I guess the staff (Feb 18 noon shift) does not like his job or hates customers (or just me) for no reason.

I was told my prescription would be ready within 20 minutes and when I came back after 20 minutes, I was told another 15 minutes needed. I wanted to cancel it as we don’t live around and got my hard copy prescription back, the staff said ‘It’s ridiculous.’ ‘you will spend 1.5 hours for another pharmacy.’ This is my worst experience with CVS pharmacy.

I would give no star if I could. probably the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my 13 years in the US.First time picking up Covid medicine for my sick mum, the pharmacist looked at my prescription, gave me a stare (as Chinese) and gave a look and whispered to his colleague, before handing it to me . Made me feel super uncomfortable. 2nd time, called ahead to see if my prescription is ready, confirmed ready in an hr. Stopped by an hr and a half later, just causally said not ready, will need to wait for another 20mins, no apologies. Zero respect to others time.

Rude young Indian girl with glasses who was yelling at a patient and had no respect for privacy. They said they are short for a medication but my friend can get it anywhere from online pharmacies. It's your problem and don't blame anyone else. I used to like the older pharmacist lady who did a good job for my shots. This is very sad but this place is going downhill. Good bye CVS pharmacy at Hudson. You will never get business from me and my family.

They will never answer the phone no matter how long you wait. And if your dr sent in a script because you confirmed in person they had the medication, they may take three days to fill it, even though it's in stock. And there's no way to reach them by phone to find out why

William the "manager" didn't follow the bogo 40% deal, the system didn't register the buy one get one 40% for the product and he chose to gaslight me and tell me taxes created the extra 13$ added to the receipt when I bought 2 ---when it's just 3.08~$ tax for them. Probably one of the worst customer experiences ever, a manager is supposed to be able to fix the issue, I even simplified it by showing him myself on my phone if you took 40% off the second one it'd be 13.04$ and he still said it's taxes and it's "just a couple of dollar difference" before shutting me down aggressively and telling me he can return it if it's "such a big deal". Bad "manager" customer service.

I travel between Queens and New Jersey a lot and needed one medication in a hurry. I was going to be going to Queens so I called the pharmacy in Queens I go to and I was on hold for over half an hour before they cut the call. After trying once more, I called the pharmacy in Jersey and they picked up within 30 seconds and within 2 minutes they helped me find my medication and told me they would have it ready within 30 minutes before I needed to leave. The pharmacy looks very organized and they never have a problem finding the medication (which tends to be a problem elsewhere). The female pharmacist is very nice and patient when it comes to answer questions and explaining things! I have only been to this CVS a total of 3 times but it's been a good experience with the pharmacy each time. In terms of the rest of the store, it's also pretty organized and they seem to have a wide variety of items. Prices are the same as any other CVS.
