Don’t ever go to this pharmacy. Won’t call the insurance or help you. They want me to call the insurance company for pre-authorization. What’s the benefit of having pharmacist or pharmacy technician. All this time the medication was covered and today when I went for refill they were like of this medicine is not covered call your insurance.

Got my appointment for the Covid booster and came into the store. Was informed that the vaccine didn't come in. No call, no text, no email. At least a phone call would have been nice. Driving back home now.

Convinced the phones don't work here — and once they do, you'll be lied to about crucial medical info having to do with your scripts. Seriously a dangerous game to play if you're like me and rely on getting your scripts on time.

Love this pharmacy, they are the sweetest and most helpful pharmacists and techs - even if I move far away I would make the trip because of how much they care.

My Doctor called in a time sensitive medication, arrived 30 mins before close and they already shut down for the evening. Not sure how this is legal but okay. Not to mention, No one ever picks up the phone and other unprofessionalism. By far the worst cvs I’ve ever been to. They Should do everyone a favor and shut down permanently.

Made a vaccine appointment online a day before. Get a text an hour before to confirm and check in. Great system, right? Showed up on time and checked in. Was told they ran out. Zero heads up. That's the humans' fault, not the system. Total incompetence. Person there refused to help us figure out if another location might be able to help us.

They are disorganized, slow and too lazy to check your insurance so they are happy to overcharge you and then treat you with utter contempt when you ask them to check your insurance.Be ready for a fight to get a basic prescription filled. Absolutely do not expect to be treated like a human.

Because I had a question related to the auto refill, I called the pharmacy. The person who answered my phone wouldn't help me and recommended I contact CVS(??You are the CVS pharmacy right?). I asked her the phone number that I was supposed to reach, but she said I would have to find it myself. The attitude was rude and unhelpful.I explained that I do not want them to prepare the pills that I cannot pick up, then she pretended to ask for my dob and name and quickly hung up. It was a bad experience. I don't know if she helped me cancel it or not.

I would just like to give a huge thanks to Patty specifically for assisting me with my request today. Without getting into too much detail, she explained that it may take some time to fill my script and a couple hours later it was done.
