This storage space exceeded my expectations! It’s extremely clean and well maintained and the sign up process was super easy and fast. I really appreciate Faudia she was very warm, welcoming, accommodating and helpful :) I feel very good about leaving my belongings here!

Zadia and other member who work there are one of the best in this biz with awesome customer centric experiences I ever had. Specially if you looking for storage space around jersey city. Not only they fulfilled my requirement, adjusted my needs, allocated ground level storage and that too on 50% discount for 2 months and best is you not locked in for 2nd month to avail discounts. Rember they threw discounts last time too. Very professionnal, secure, drive in storage who provides great deals making this less $$ expense for anyone. So why should I go elsewhere, been using past 3 years and never been disappointed.:)

Just rented a unit here, I must say it was so great experience! Fadia is a very nice person, very knowledgeable professional. It was a pleasure to work with her! I felt she was on my side and wanted to help me. Very client oriented. She showed me several unites highlighting pros and cons, she wasn't rushing or pushing. So far so good! Hope the storage experience would be as good as the first impression!

I just want to start off by saying Fadia and her entire staff -- Dane and Chris are examples of what customer service should look and sound like. There's never a time I go into the office to make my payment and I'm not greeted by each of them with a warm welcome. Fadia is the definition of what a great manager is. I want to thank her for always extending herself not only in a professional manner but also taking the time to ask how I am. This is what customer service is all about.

I had a very bad experience at this location. This afternoon I asked the front desk to help open the garage door, but they just sat in the air-conditioned office and refused to come out. Another staff (not from the front desk) told us to use another door, so we went to the front entrance.not knowing that we need put a passcode outside of garage entrance
Then, a middle-aged woman in gray clothes suddenly started yelling at us aggressively, as if she had lost control. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. If someone has such issues, she should see a doctor or get psychological help, not be dealing with customers during work hours.

First off walking through the doors of the Delta storage company boom immaculate does clean the places just joined to your attention. Now you miss Fadia at the front desk. Oh she’s impeccable. She show me my little storage Spot and she also know told me that she can be there if I cannot get my code ready And she could do it as many times that she needed to. I said thank you for that girl come to Delta storage and get your spot.
