This is the worst dominos pizza in jersey city! I'll order an extra cheese pizza and they don't add it, other times the pizza comes with burnt crust. They basically ignore the details that you put in your order and send what they want. It's by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The driver was disrespectful, and said he wouldn't deliver to me again.

I used to like this location, not anymore. Their delivery is becoming worst. They always come late. I live less than 10 mins away from them. I dont have a car and its past 8 pm already , i don't feel safe walking outside at night in my neighborhood. Id rather pay extra for delivery. My pizza came after 45 minutes that the app said their driver left the store. I tracked him and he went all over the place. He went first with the farthest location and made 3 more deliveries before he went to my address. My pizza was already cold. I know you are busy. But don't overload your driver. We are paying anywa for delivery. Its not free anymore. And i always tip because i know that they are essential workers . If i can give you zero star, i would. If you call their store to complain, nobody would even pick up the phone. I waited for over 10 minutes too just waiting for aomeone to pick up the phone. So disappointing.This happened a few months ago. I ordered delivery and it was cold that night. When the driver came, he dropped my lava cake on the floor outside the road as soon as he gets off his car to bring me my food. I was standing outside my door and he obviously saw me, saw that and he just proceeded to give me my food with no apologies and went on on his way. My cake was messed up but my son really didnt care but this guy just stepped on the gas so hard as soon as he went back to his car, same way he came to my house like he is in a drag race. Thanked God there's a newly opened one in West Side Ave and they have respectful drivers and better looking food. And i dont have to deal with this Communipaw location.

I order for this place 7 times and 5 of the 7 an item was missing. The first 2 times I complained about missing items . Driver did came back with a bad attitude like I was a bad customer.Today I order again, and yet again an item was missing. Allegedly driver was coming back with the missing items an hour ago so this time I’m not even call back and complain because I know when the driver come I’ll be rest and picture as a bad customer, so I just think the lost on the last item to avoid any aggravation Definitely never order for this place again

Wish I could give -10 stars. They marked my order as delivered on Uber eats when it wasn’t. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired and this location needs to be shut down permanently. Just pure trash.

I ordered 3 pizzas and an order of hot wing. ALL of the food was undercooked. The pizzas were not cut and the chicken was pink inside! I called for a refund and was told I had to bring the food back to the store in order to receive my money back. When I refused to return the food that I ordered delivery they then said I had to wait for someone to pick up the undercooked food. Finally a driver came. I asked for confirmation of a refund and the driver replied to call the store. He was very nasty and rude and visibly upset he had to pick up an unwanted delivery. So I called the store back so that I can get proof of confirmation of a refund and the manager refused to do so. Stating that I had to wait for driver… I told him the driver came and left and he told me well I have to wait and see if the refund is approved… ? Son they came and picked up the order and gave me no confirmation of refund and refused to do so. I asked the lady on the phone why they were even contemplating retrieving the food due it being undercooked and was told that they give the food away or throw it out… making nonsense to me…How could a restaurant even think of giving undercooked food out to anyone especially food retrieved from an unsatisfied customer smh. This is a horrible place to order from and if you are female tgey think they can speak to you any kind of way. I have reported this establishment to headquarters. They need to be boycotted!! Horrible food..Horrible customer service and out right disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could give them a negative 5 I would! The manager was mad because I did not want them to re prepare the order. Order from Bayonne.. this Jersey City restaurant is a ZERO all across the board!

I grew up with my parents ordering from this place for years, and we've never had an issue with their food quality. But, it had been a long time since we ordered from their store (over 4 years in fact), and I tested them out to see if they still had good customer service.I ordered online since it was dark and rainy, and I know their location is very tricky to get to. There's a limited amount of spots to park, and driving out of there is even worse with the traffic. So, location wise, it's not the best. Fortunately, they have online ordering so I recommend everyone to do that.I bought a medium size cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce- replacing the standard marinara- and I requested one side to have spinach & Italian sausage. I also got hot wings with spicy mango habanero sauce & ranch (I later realized the wings came with a blue cheese sauce) and for dessert, a marbled cookie brownie and a 2-liter coke. I specifically asked for this to be a contactless delivery.My concerns lie with the nature of the delivery more than the food itself. Not one thing from my order was missing, and everything tasted very good and fresh. I was frustrated though with how the pizza was cut, because I tried pulling off one slice and it tore two in the process, because the pizza wasn't sliced all the way.But that was more forgivable than the fact that I received a phone call saying to come outside because my food had arrived. I rushed out in my pajamas and socks in the cold rain to grab my order.Kudos to the delivery man, as he was kind and patient with me. However, I specifically stated that I wanted a CONTACTLESS delivery, which I understood to be that the driver must drop off the food and leave without requiring me to come outside.Additionally, I was observing their website at the time I was called and when the man said he had arrived, I was shocked because the site said they were still "quality checking" my food at the store.It was no physical issue for me to get my things in person, but imagine if it were a situation where somebody really couldn't show up (e.g medical issue, etc.) and despite saying they preferred their food to be left at their doorstep, they must retrieve it anyway. It feels like an illusion of choice; no matter what you pick you're always expected to come outside, and that doesn't feel right to me.The food was still very delicious, and I would order again if I have a craving for their pizza. But, next time I'll be cautious that more than likely, I would have to run out of my house to get my food regardless of my preferences.

If I could give a negative 0 I would. I gave the 3 different times to do my order right. My two pizzas was burnt, my Alfredo bowl had no sauce. This happened on 3 different occasions. The absolute worst. Please don’t order from this

They are the worst, I order food from this store about an hour ago I called the store to speak to a manager, the worker replied and said there was no manager at this store today, how can a fast food place not have a manager. Ridiculous, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE THEY ARE LAZY AND NASTY.
