BUT WORST PART WHICH I COULDNT BELIVE WAS THAT I CALLED WAITING ON HOLD & THE FEMALE REP THAT ANSWRED THE CALL HUNG UP ON ME I CALLED BACK 5 TIMES AND IT KEPT HAPPENING IF SOMEONE READING THIS & WANTS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS

4 missed pick up. They don’t call or communicate before arrival or when a pick up is scheduled. This company sucks. They finally went to my house after a month, scheduled 4 times a pick up, they got there and they didn’t pick up the mattress. Then I called to find out what happened and they said that the driver couldn’t get in, which was a lie because they did and I saw him on camera outside the house, his name was Brian Ruch, he got a pass to get in since it’s a gated community, I authorized it. This people are liars and like to play with people. They are so irresponsibles and don’t take anything seriously and they just wash their hands telling lies. I called them again and they told me that they can’t pick up the mattress because it’s now complicated, it sounds like it was a British guys, I recognized the accent. Bad customer service.

What a despicable company. Hold the package hostage why don't you?!?! The customer service is ridiculous rude 5 year olds, company I ordered from cant get the delivery to me because of this shipping company, its like a tug of war with them. And if they don't like what you are asking they will hang up the phone on you. I don't get why they are being used to ship.
Company I ordered from stated on the phone that my residential delivery does not need signature, yet Estes disagrees (eye wide), who are they to make that rule, then their delivery window as stated by them is 9-1pm or 1-3 pm, what? so 9-3pm just say that, weekdays only, basically when normal humans work. No winning here, cant get my stuff and now they will ship it back because they are incapable of solving this.

First I received notification that my shipment would be coming on a Wednesday. I then get an updated notification that it would be coming on a Saturday. Get a phone call confirming the Saturday date. Received message that evening saying it would be dropped off on Friday, during the day. Called them letting them know I work and was told they can drop it off later in the day. Okay great. Get a call on Friday saying they would drop it off Monday during the day. They canceled the delivery for Friday because they couldn’t deliver it on the agreed upon time from the night before. Spoke to the company I ordered from and they said they will have them drop it with no signature. Perfect! They arrived today and ended up waking my husband who works over nights. Their communication skills are very poor and their professionalism is even worse. If you could avoid using them to ship your product, do so. Your customers will be much happier.

Absolute Nightmare!!
Service was supposed to be to the front door and I paid for that(!!) but they dropped it outside and driver refused to bring it around the house (we have no stairs, first floor, easy path) (despite me showing him I paid for front door service!).
After that, driver told me I’m NOT ALLOWED to check what’s in the box, and just need to sign without looking at the box (it’s a 10k item!) - WHAT? Not allowed to look at the box I fully paid for to confirm the item is correct?! He also started screaming and using profanities despite me repeatedly asking him to speak respectfully and calmly, like I was to him. Tried to call the supervisor (cezar) they spoke in Spanish and then the driver practically forced me to sign, and left. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful service, rude. I have NEVER been screamed at by delivery, this man shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near customers. Will be filing a complaint and pls do not use them.

Completely unreliable. Home depot uses them which is shocking considering they are Completely unreliable. They lost my order and never ever answer their phone. It's unreal that home depot a national chain would rely on such an unreliable company

This company is extremely difficult to work with they call from one number but you need to be transferred to another number to set up delivery. Staff is nasty, rude and unhelpful. Please be aware service will say front door delivery but when you call to set up appointment they say they will probably have to leave at the curb.. and insist on having someone home to sign for curbside delivery… had I known this I would’ve ordered from a different company like Costco I had large items delivered from them earlier in the week staff was friendly and helpful and even put my items inside the house.

Fraudulent company. They called me to coordinate a delivery days ago. Said they will "call right back after clearing a few things with Home Depot". Never happened. The order status says "waiting for customer to respond". Don't trust them with your business.
