I had a horrible experience at this Extra Space Storage. My unit was broken into and nearly all of my belongings were stolen. When I asked about security footage, I was told the cameras weren’t working. There are multiple storage units that are being targeted at this facility and nothing has been done to catch the person responsible. That’s completely unacceptable for a facility that advertises safety and security.
Regina at the office did try to be helpful, but the bigger issue is the lack of functioning security and accountability. I now have the police involved, but I’ll likely never get back what was taken.
I trusted this place with my personal belongings, and that trust was shattered. I would never recommend storing anything valuable here.

Do NOT store your stuff here. They never disclosed they had a pest problem, until I opened my locker and saw all the droppings and damages to my stuff. Super disappointed.

This is a review for extra storage not the workers at this location 🙄 they just do their job but extra storage decides to up ppl payments just because they feel like it I was paying 77 and now they're charging me 153 bad for business I'm reporting it to the BBB
