serving rude and stupid. terrible attendance. I wanted to rent in Jersey city and return in Hilsade but he grudgingly said that was not possible. I took the van with gasoline in reserve and returned it with 1/4 of gasoline and he yelled at me saying I was wrong.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. The owner, Jimmy, is a fraud and scam artist. He rented me a filthy, damaged car. We received the vehicle with huge stains in the back seat, a interior that smelled of cigarettes and a dinged, rusty exterior. Within an hour of driving it, the back bumper flew off and nearly hit the car behind me on the highway. I immediately called the company to let them know about the issue and Jimmy called me a liar and said it's hard to believe since the bumper was on when I received the car?? Despite having a video of the bumper flapping in the wind just minutes before completely falling off, Jimmy somehow continued to blame me. After arguing with Jimmy over the phone, I received a notification from my credit card company that he charged me $1,684. This charge was unauthorized and he claimed it was for the damage to the vehicle even though he hadn't seen the vehicle yet, as it was still in my possession, so I am not sure how he came up with that arbitrary number. Not to mention that I had purchased collision damage insurance yet Jimmy denied I had even though I had the receipt and policy number ON MY RESERVATION. DO NOT rent from here. I have read other reviews that all say the same thing. In addition, reviews warn that he continues to charge random amounts to your card weeks after you return the vehicle so I have notified my credit card companies to dispute any and all charges from Priceless car rentals. This company should be shut down and Jimmy should be ashamed of himself.

This is my second time renting from Priceless and the entire transaction was seamless! I spoke with Jen this time and advised her that I'd sold my car and needed a rental for a week. After driving this beautiful Hyundai Elantra I purchased one! If you call them in advance make your payment for your rental over the phone & E-Sign your docs. and your process will be even faster. All the attendant has to do is hand you the keys.Don't listen to antiquated people who perfer to walk inside an office wait forever. Welcome to the 21st Century get with the new era! This location is 2 blocks aways from my place. No more Uber to and from airport rental places for me. The staff members at Priceless are all extremely nice. Ask for Ms. Rose or Jen they will take good care of you.

Exon Pumps are also good. Around 12 cars can be refueled simultaneously. The U-Haul rental service is also smooth and great. There were around 30 U-Haul trucks standing when I visited there on a Friday afternoon.There is also a Tiger Mart here from where you can buy food or stuff.Good place overall, was clean, has enough space.

Reposting my google review: I was hesitant to rent from Priceless given the low reviews, but they proved me wrong at every turn. I expressed my concerns to a wonderful employee, Rosalie, who assured me of their thorough and frequent cleaning and safety checks. They are aware and embarrassed of their poor online reputation, and are taking clear steps to change things. Our car was new and clean. Such great service, quick and easy pickup, and the lowest prices i found in my searches for a rental on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend!

They charge you $500 as a security deposit - it's not a hood. They CHARGE your card and hold it for 2 weeks after which they want 8 days to process a refund. They then also keep charging your card for tolls. It takes a hour+ to get a car. When you express frustration 10 days later, the customer service rep will just start to scream at you even if you keep a civil tone explaining frustration. I've never had such a miserable experience. It has cost me $650 that they keep for nearly a month for 25 hours in a car.

I moved to NJ 2 years ago rented with these guys, yet there have always been unauthorized charges the cars are never clean and the people who answer the phones all seem to be on drugs, the cars are always dirty and these people are as shady as it gets I would not recommend them period...

The entirety of this establishment from the exxon gas station, to the uhaul are terrible. If you are a person who is black please take your money elsewhere they treat black people terribly compared to those whom are not. Trust me I witnessed it. I wouldn't ever bring my money here again. I came to this location to drop off a uhaul at 6:40 pm my deadline was 7pm. The workers behaved as if they didn't even want to be bothered with me. When I informed them I was dropping off a rental for uhaul they gave me such a hard time. They went back and forth with me for the entirety of the 20 minutes which meant when they finally put it in the system that I was dropping it off... I was charged an additional fee for no reason. They were absolutely unprofessional. The workers are rude and inconsiderate. They were extremely rude to me for no reason! Nothing but negative energy. (I understand everyone doesn't like their job or may be dealing with personal issues, but that isn't how you're supposed to treat your customers, nor is it a justification.) & All I was doing was trying to drop off my rental. They instructed me to call uhaul customer service to resolve the situation (The additional charge) because 1.They clearly didn't want to be bothered 2. They couldn't tell me what the additional charges were for at that moment & by that time, with all the back & forth it was too late. This was such an unnecessary discrepancy. I was instructed to park where they told me too by the workers. I was in the street & they told me to park in the gas station. So I did. While I am trying to get in contact with a customer service representative the Hispanic worker threatened to call the police. He didn't even try to reason with me. It was clear he didn't speak very much English because all he did was yell & get mad & tell me to move my car. The New Jersey port authority came & told us to move off the premises. I wasn't going to mention the fact that I am black & they weren't. But they definitely treated us differently. I watched them treat other customers with way more decency. This is quite disappointing because I was extremely respectful. But it was clear as day why they treated me in that manner. Take your money somewhere else. Not to mention they literally weaponized calling the police on me.

Purchased a Red Bull. Price on the fridge was 3.5 but I was charged 3.75 because of "tax" which appeared to be 0 on the card machine.

I'm glad they had a rental car at all given that rentals post COVID-19 are hard to come by, but my car was dirty, and had a major brake issue. Every time I applied the brakes, it sounded like a plane was landing. Grinding, screeching, and a deep rumbling. I only rented the car for a day and when I returned it I told the guy. He just nodded like he already knew. Also, they run business out of the Exxon gas station. Kind of strange....
