Would've been better if they rang the doorbell. But other than that. Zero issues.

It is nice to have the convenience of a Fedex drop-off location in the Heights, but make sure to bring plenty of time. You can also not drop off packages >55 lbs or larger than 48x24x24.The drop-off itself, is only a quick scan, but the employee usually manning the counter (Dilika or Dipika), likes having personal chats with customers. That would be ok, when the store is empty, but she is responsible for the counter AND the Fedex drop-off, and there is usually a line forming while she has her chats. I've dropped off packages twice, and both times, I had to wait (up to 7mins) while she was having her chat. Today, a line of 4 other people also formed, who were all waiting to pay. Additionally, I and another person were waiting on the Fedex drop-off. It would be fine, if she hadn't seen all those people waiting, but she actually called over to us at the Fedex counter, that she would be right there, and then continued her conversation with the customer at the counter for another 4 minutes, while everyone else was waiting. Also, be aware that you will not get a receipt for your package. Instead, you have to tell the employee your phone number and you will receive a message with a link to the tracking overview. The issue with this, is that sometimes it doesn't update and shows that you dropped of the package.

FedEx location does not accept packages drop off on weekend. But the location has FedEx pamphlet on the cupboard which says all day drop off. Either get rid of that paper or start weekend startup. Such a hassle to bring 15+ lbs package for more than 20 mins and to hear that they can't help.

Not accepting any onsite drop-down package here on weekends. Please update the same on the website and Google maps.
