Monday 05/12/2025 at 7:35PM I have dropped off a package for Fedex Pickup, guy working at the photo department was running around the store and had me waiting for 35mins, no one in line complained and I was still polite and acceptable of the situation thinking he is dealing with something difficult, however, to make things worse, my overnight priority package has not been picked up yet which makes me believe he misplaced it somewhere and neither Fedex or Walgreens are doing anything about it. I had dropped off packages before and the process usually goes smooth.

I went to the counter no one greeted me or communicated with me. It was inconsiderate and I waited there as the employees were fiddling with something but didn't say hello I'll be right with you or anything and they had me waiting. It wasn't until my sister came up beside me when they finally acknowledged me after looking her in the eye. This was on Friday Jan 5th 2025 at like 1:30 something pm so you know who was at the desk that day.

Went there , they informed me they couldn't print the label, but only accept. Ran home to buy and print. 30 minutes later went back and new person told me my package likely wouldn't be picked up till tomorrow. This was at 3pm. This is just a drop box. Nothing more. The people were friendly enough, just disappointed in the lack of information about what this actually is. It's basically a drop box in the Walgreens. Update: Today went back and they said they aren't accepting any because their full. That one's on FedEx I think, not this Walgreens.

The lady at the counter said she cannot find my parcel and that she does not have the time to look for it.
This happened after I offered to collect my parcel since it was like 10 days late and they never delivered it. Really bad customer service.

I called the main number, that starts with (1-800), (1-888), and got an automated voice, followed the prompts, and typed in my, phone number,zip code, and they gave me all the local FedEx drop off services closet to my zip code.

Walk in with my wife..at checkout was questioned if I was with her..second time I went like 3 days later was followed around. Horrible place.

Always a terrible experience here. They have you make the appointment online, enter your insurance information, give you your appointment, then when you come in for your immunization they tell you that you don't have the right insurance. Ride and unhelpful. Would really rather be going to a CVS or an independent pharmacy, but this is the pharmacy indicated in the insurance networking. Just ridiculous.

Lost my "delivered" packages twice but throwing my packages into places i cant easily access instead of delivering it directly to me.. Office is almost inaccessible. Their delivery people are extremely careless. They love to deliver packages outside and dont do redelivery or leave notes. They lie about their delivery time as well. Incompetent. HR really needs to get a hold of this place or whoever is dealing with delivery. Ordered something that cost $$$ just to have some lazy careless delivery man purposely get it lost.

I ordered delivery from here. It was my first time trying a convenience store order on Uber Eats and they had a 50% off coupon with $30 purchase. They offered a pretty good selection of products. I got a bunch of snacks and butter which I needed in a pinch for a bread recipe! Their pick and pack process seems very efficient because the delivery arrived very quickly. Everything was packaged well.
