Awful! I’ve taken in 3 packages in FedEx boxes only to be told it’s not the correct t FedEx box—buy one off the shelf and repack. It’s ridiculous considering most boxes received on their shelves are used Amazon boxes. UPS better hands down.

I had to create a self addressed label with an outgoing package for visa purposes and it required some “figuring out” to do. Marcus was able to help me promptly and also suggested the best shipping option. True professional.

Employees stand around chatting and staring at their nails during the busiest time at noon. Everything is self service here don't expect support. Whole point of creating your own labels and packaging at home is to make things easier but these employees are so lazy they tell you too scan your own confirmation of drop off receipts...

Lazy, slow motion workers , who love just chatting with customers yada yada yada ,and don't care that line is growing every minute. The scanner for shipping didn't work as well...

A little compassion goes a long way for customer service. Went in at 9am when they opened on 4/22. Asked for help to send a fax as I've had back surgery and walk with a walker bcz it hurts so bad to stand. I then asked for help again, she walked over, tapped the card machine with her nails and stood there. Thanks for the help! Not! I left to go elsewhere
