Horrible Service and they blatantly lie! Bed was to be delivered on Wednesday, never came, called Friday, they said Saturday, now they say Monday. It is very expensive to move on a Saturday have people there to put stuff together and the items are never delivered. And this location no one works on Saturdays. Fedex is terrible.

Biggest bunch of liars was home all day waiting on a package that never came. I went online to check the status and it said delivery attempted. How I was home all day waiting there was no attempted delivery slip on the door. I called the customer service a couple of times kept getting the run around. They need to get people that actually want to work and not just show up for a paycheck. AVOID doing business with them the lies and headaches just not worth it!

The worst experience ever. Their website is not updated. They “attempted” to deliver my package but then failed because “no one was home”. Called them everyday and all they did was gave me a fake promise that it would be delivered. 4 days late and still haven’t received my packages.

Don't work in this place. They don't have too much work and they gonna send you home when they wish, even with less then 1 hour. Even if you work hard, they gonna send you home and keep their favorite. Sometimes they don't let you get in the building because they are over staff. Don't waste your time and money. They don't care about people. They just care about money and numbers.

Oh my god. This company is a piece.After I checked the cameras after they lied and claimed to have tried to deliver my package they called me to come pick it up at the warehouse 40 minutes away. Then when I got here in a little room there’s a not on the door to call a number that no one answers. Finally got through and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring me my package and thank god I had my drivers license with my address on it or they weren’t going to give it to me. I will never ship FedEx again or receive from them again. I will tell anyone that ships to me I won’t accept this scrape again.

More like Fed Up! They lie about the fulfillment attempts and their customer service lies about facility technical issues.No one called , knocked rang. Then we get a text about a failed attempt to deliver!FedEx Delivery is the worst.Let your vendors to drop them as a service.

3 shipment lost within 4 weeks, all from samsung. There are thieves in the place! Fedex NO help! This place needs to be shut down!!! I will be taking this to every possible place. Haven't seen such a horrible company, they got PAID to do the delivery to my place but then failed to do so. Contacted the customer service but it is futile, as they can do absolutely nothing but telling me to contact the shipper. Yes, it is near a holiday, but it is also the customer's holiday (which they completely ruined). They can maybe fool a newborn but in the end it is just an excuse for being lazy and incompetant. No wonder they lose customers.
