I recently visited the shoe store and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon entering, I felt unwelcomed as the staff seemed preoccupied with their tasks rather than assisting customers. Despite this, I proceeded to browse the collection and selected two pairs of shoes. However, the staff member's attitude was consistently impolite, giving the impression that my presence was an inconvenience. When it came time to make a purchase, I was informed that the advertised discounts on the shoe tags would not be applied until the following day, rendering my visit fruitless. They could have told me this while I was browsing the collection or when I asked to get the size for the shoe I picked. The overall lack of customer service left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. After reading similar reviews, it appears that poor service is unfortunately a recurring issue at this store. I would not recommend this establishment to others seeking courteous and helpful staff.

The lady in charge of this store obviously has no interest in selling anything.When I arrived, no one helped me at all so I had to try samples on by myself. Then after 20 mins the lady came and blamed me for not asking her permission. I asked nicely to try some of them on. She gave me the shoes with an annoyed face the entire time.In the end I did purchased one pair and when I was walking out I found something else I wanted to buy. I asked her about the sizes of those ones. Considering I already purchased a pair, i thought she would show a better attitude. Instead, she told me the store is closed and rushed me out.They were supposed to close at 8 pm today. It wasn’t even 7:40. I guess she just wanted to go home and doesn’t care about this business at all. Whoever owns this business needs to know, you are hiring people that aren’t doing the job.

Ask for a pair of shoes and the boy with the braids never got it for me . WAITING 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!! Funny thing is he kept looking at me waiting
