This is false advertisement. Out of the several years as severing as a manager. Since when is it okay to overstock items that are ringing up 8.88 yet your sign stated 5. By code your support to honor the purchase than than change your signage to reflect the current market price. 5 below needs to rebrand and rename its self 5 and beyond #metoo

Had an extremely disappointing experience today. Traveled almost an hour to get to this location to take an eight year-old to get some holiday deals when their security in the front demanded to keep my purse with him when I have my documents and loose money Which I obviously do not feel comfortable with I do not know this person, I let them know that I would not be stealing and they could walk with me if they’d like to because it’s such an issue eventually just had to leave the store. I understand that there’s certain policies that need to be kept but needing to keep people’s personal belongings and purses with their identification documents and money is absolutely unacceptable. Grown man ruined the afternoon for a little girl, You guys need to do better with your policies and training your stuff on how to treat customers.

I used to love this Five Below, but the customer service has gone way downhill. No one greets you, even when you say good morning. But the moment you try to take a cart outside, they suddenly speak—rudely. They’ve also stopped letting customers use the restroom. I understand inclusive hiring, but management needs to ensure basic customer service is still being upheld. If someone is at the register, they should at least acknowledge customers. Do better.

The manager is amazing, I may be misspelling it and I apologize but her name is Kemei, she was the sweetest and efficient, the store was also in pristine condition and fully stocked and I’ve seen some crazy five below’s this was by far the best !!

Great store with cute things for affordable prices. The only issue that I have is how messy certain isles are, especially the blind bag/box section. It’s completely messed up & cluttered. I’ve been visiting for 2-3 years now & every single time, that section is never organized—Opened, stolen goods, mixed up toys; it’s nearly impossible trying to find what you’re looking for.
They have workers walking up and down the isles, watching you. I think a more productive & better option would be to actually clean up the store.

The hours for the weekend posted are incorrect and it seems like staff made up their own hours by posting a sign saying “10am to 5pm”.

I like this store but today my experience was terribly awful because the sign said it opens at 10 am on Sundays but when I asked the associate she said 11. The funny thing is we have been waiting for over 30 mins and I did see two associates went inside the store but nobody bothered to inform us. During our time of wait we saw approximately 20 customers wait and leave. So just imagine how many customers they lost today just by putting 3 signs that says they open at 10 instead of 11. Please remove the signs and make sure to train your staff with customer service.
