Scheduled an appointment, sign in the door said closed during the appointment time. Called, no answer. Came back the next day to follow-up, he lied saying he was there even after I showed the photo of the sign saying it was closed. I asked if he could make amends and he rudely refused. I've attached the photo of the sign in question since he clearly doesn't believe it was there.

Great place with a little bit of everything. It has a lot more than packaging supplies, including recently becoming a smoke shop as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It's really a great place to go for your shipping needs, smoking needs, and a lot of general items like key making.

Avoid this place and pay attention to your bank transaction if you pay by cards!!
I paid by card and a few days later after my bank posted the transaction, I noticed it was a totally different amount than the receipt I paid (higher than the receipt ofc). I returned to the store and they refunded me the difference by cash which is suspicious. But what's worse is the refund amount was even less than it should be. If you don't pay attention to it, they would overcharge you!
It seems they do sketchy things on purpose to get more money from the customers, also their attitude was not good either. Never come back again!

The guy with glasses..his attitude made me uncomfortable, his tone is very condescending, he has no patience when i just asked one question.
I had to go to the store again today, a different guy who worked today(02/10) was a pleasant surprise,he was very friendly and helpful.

I have gone to this establishment twice to pick up a FedEx package and it had closed earlier than their advertised store hours. UNACCEPTABLE TO WASTE OTHERS TIME LIKE THIS!!

Horrible person (photo below). He refused to notarize my attorney prepared documents! So strange and rude! (I went to the other notary 5min away, and he notarized the papers with no issues!)Also the guy in the photo was using his saliva to flip through the pages. Unhygienic & disgusting! Total disappointment!

This place offers notary and does on best price in town and charge according to what states ask them to charge. People working in store does everything according rules and regulation. I come to this store more than 10 years for notary no issues with them.
