Staffs too pushy it’s annoying you say no thankyou and they hover around you and still give input on things I say I don’t need help on. I want to shop in peace. I don’t like being harassed.

I wish I could give it a zero star. The store does not participate in the offers extended by the online store.For example, currently there are offers online where you could place an order online and save 15% by picking up at the store. While trying to order online and choose to pick up at GNC-Newport Mall, I am not able to do it. I tried bunch of other GNC stores in Manhattan and New Jersey and it worked.On calling the store, the rep politely informed that they are not able to help me with it. I would assume the store management have such policies where they want to charge extra and not participate in promotions offered by other stores.

Horrible customer service - pink Mohawk representative (Sat 5/14/22 about 11:45 am) apparently has never learned how to deal with “no” as an answer. Got literally pouty when told I didn’t want to leave my phone number. When he asked if I didn’t want to get rewards, I said “no,” and he responded with “good I wasn’t going to offer it to you anyway.”The manager or supervisor or someone needs to teach this child of an adult how to deal with people respectfully.

So I had a hard day at work and a bad day in general one thing I wanted to do was get my product so I made it my priority to leave my job 30 minutes early to get to this location and buy my product The first thing I did to Secure my time was called the location and ask for a closing time the answer that was given to me was 8:15 PM I made sure the gentleman repeated that to me over the phone after confirming I made my way to the location I pull up to the parking garage and paid money then I walked into the mall and as I'm approaching the doors The time is 7:59 PM The man I'm guessing the manager has the door lock talking to me through the glass saying we are close I try to explain the situation but of course he didn't even have the common decency to speak to a human by open in the door and not through a glass door I repeated that I have called the store before coming and I left work early to get here and he did not care nor did he apologize he just shrugged his shoulders and I just walked away really frustrated I paid money to go to the mall to go to the store and it wasn't even 8 o'clock yet if they were to close at eight because on the website it says they close at nine i'm a manager at my job customer service is extremely important this is my first time at this location and I will never step foot into this GNC ever again it was a waste of time and clearly wrong information if I had it my way I would've made sure that I explained it through an open door face-to-face like a human being.

Good store but the one of the salesman is too pushy. He’s constantly pushing me to but the probiotics and said if I am not having 12 cans of yogurt every day then I would need the probiotics. No clue when asked about the stock for other items. I would prefer ordering online

Rude! I went in asking for advice between airborne and elderberry that my guy and i could use while vacationing in New York and he says neither and proceeds to show me 3 different big bottles of things I didn’t ask about. When I said I would just go with the elderberry, he said why would you ask for my advice when you already knew what you wanted. First, I see why he was getting told off by his manager for not having an accurate deposit the night before because he doesn’t listen. Then I let him know that I didn’t ask his opinion about anything he showed me and although he said he was saving me money (how?) I was more concerned about product knowledge and customer service. His manager was right there but walked away.

Have been going here for years and have always appreciated the service! However, Daliza stands out and was by far the nicest help I’ve ever received!! As someone who works in retail I know what it’s like and she is what I would hope my team would be!!

Manager was super ghetto and unprofessional wouldn't give me her name kept hanging up.i would respect for a higher up representative for this brand to please have a talk with this manager.bad look for this store.
