My experience with this dry cleaner was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I dropped off my clothes on a Tuesday with a promise they’d be ready by Thursday. When I came to pick them up, I was told the stains hadn’t been removed yet and to come back on Saturday. Trying to be patient, I gave them extra time and returned the following Monday. To make matters worse, when I finally got my garment, there were new stains on the back that weren’t there before, and the original deeper stains around the collar were still untouched. For $40, I expected my garment to be ready on time and stain-free, but instead, I got a delay, poor service, and more stains. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.

They destroyed the fur on my winter coat. It cost 70$ to dry clean my coat and the fur on the hood came back in a horrible state. I went to show the business and the attendant said she thinks it is fine and asked me how many years i have worn the coat! I cannot believe how horrible their customer treatment is. The fur on the hood was in perfect condition when i left it there and they are treating me like I am lying. Of course i don’t have “before” videos because it did not cross my mind that i would need them. They did not even apologize or acknowledge the problem!!! HORRIBLE PLACE! STAY AWAY!

Their dry cleaning was exceptional and quick. I also needed some items hemmed before my upcoming wedding and they hemmed the items to perfection, for a reasonable price, and unbelievably fast. Very pleased!

I decided to try Grove Pointe Cleaners to dry clean 2 suits because of location. I’m beyond impressed. Drop off and pickup were super fast and both women were equally kind. Best of all, they did a wonderful job with my suits. They were not only clean and without damage, but they were neatly pressed with solid creases on the pants and a very fresh scent. Take note if you’re sensitive to stronger scents to ask them to use a scent free approach, but I appreciate the small attention to details they provided and will return.

The cleaning quality is good, but much more expensive than another cleaner.I just felt the owner was a little bit rude to my dresses. I asked her to re-sew a tiny part of my vintage dress. It's made by kind of silk material that really easy to ladder. She used a big size pin to mark the defect, the pin went through the weak fabric and made an extra hole.Also, they didn't show you a price list in store, so it liked they just charged how much they want.Overall, I would never go this overpriced cleaner.

Closes early. Opens late. Ridiculous revised hours. Shrink clothes. Lose clothes. Rip clothes. Overcharge. Rude. No thank you. And I live in the connected building, but I will no longer patron this business.

Overpriced and Shysters. A new sports jacket to get taken in and buttons was to cost $69 which seemed steep. On pick up they wanted to charge $81 for extra services which i hadn't requested. When I challenged them they said I "didn't understand" their work. I fee they try this trick with other customers and don't understand honoring the charge on the receipt. Avoid. There are other better services in the area
