There is 24*7 hour noise from the worn-out pipes, you pay extra on the higher floor to get louder noise, cannot sleep for more than 2 hours a time...Reported the issue 1 month ago, yet nothing got fixed. (if any resident found the same, report to the management office please, they need tons of complaints before taking any... read full comment

Terrible decision to live here. I placed a maintenance request that was super important (caused by THEIR staff during an apt check up???) that never was fixed. Never even got a call back despite my numerous attempts.
