Mostly good experience. The staff at the counter didn't really give clear directions on how to leave the parking garage (which is a pretty far walk from the desk), but other than that, my experience was great. Efficient pickup and drop off, convenient location by the PATH train, our car was fine, fair price.

Excellent service, very convenient and easy access to picking up and dropping cars. Car quality is also great. More importantly, the staff is very friendly and great advisors. Harshal and team are phenomenal and due to them we keep coming back to Avis Newport inspite of plenty options
