On my last visit, I mentioned I had recently gotten my ears pierced and was having trouble after one of my studs came out. The woman helping me went above and beyond—she guided me through choosing the right earring, gave me alcohol to clean my ear, and offered helpful advice to avoid further irritation. On top of that, she gifted me a cute little necklace to cheer me up and included extra earring backings just in case. It’s rare to find such thoughtful customer service. Highly recommend!”

“This place was a life saver and so wonderful! I needed my ring resized and every jeweler in the mall said they wouldn’t not work on it since it was not a diamond ring (and if they did they would have to send it out), but I was recommended to come to White Diamonds since they have an in house jeweler. I was helped right away, the jeweler took my ring and double checked the measurements and began working on it right away. While I was waiting Mona was so amazing and kind and helpful and showed me several pieces I had my eye on. I got my ring returned in no time and it looks perfect and fits perfeftly. I am so glad I found this place, I will absolutely be returning in the future for any purchases, repairs, and more. I cannot recomend this place enough. Thank you all again for your help!”

We came into the store not really knowing too much about diamonds and Naveed explained everything to us patiently and we ordered a custom ring and it only took 2 weeks from the day we ordered the diamonds to the day we picked up the ring. There was constant communication about the design and during the whole process. Naveed gave us a really fair price and we are really happy with the ring we bought from here. “This place is pretty cool. We walked in to get some earrings for my sister and half of the store is a beauty supply store. I have my haired dyed to a dark blue color and it's hard to find the brand I like. They had the brand plus a bunch of other really good ones. I ended up choosing something new. The sales girl was really helpful and friendly. She helped me choose a color. The prices on everything were great too!”
