I spoke to the nail tech about coming for a fill she said come tomorrow morning at 9:30. I arrived at 9:30 the place wasn’t opened yet I came back at 9:45 it was opened and another customer was there apparently waiting on the same nail tech as me The tech csme a few minutes before 10am The other customer who was there got up and went to the techs table I spoke up and said I’m the person you spoke to yesterday and told to come at 9:30 She replied we don’t do appointments I said again you told me to come at 9:30 you’re late you don’t even acknowledge me and you are putting someone ahead of me She gave me the stupid look with a I’m sorry mammy I just walked out Would never go back there

The staff is friendly but their work is not that good, especially for pedicure- no attention to detail- they just scrub your feet and put the gel on after 2 days it comes off

They are okay. I went there recently made my nails on Friday and by Monday two had fallen off and before the first week like 5 were off already.

If i could give a NO stars i would . I came in for a fill in and 2 fix to broken nails ,it was today Saturday June 3rd 2023. I was there at 9:50 am . I didn’t get started until 11:30 which is fine because it’s Saturday .i was saying at the third chair in a woman with glasses did my nails. My shape is not even , paint heavy ,thick and sloppy on my nails , there are actual bubbles in the polish . Please look at photos which were taken June 3rd at 6:19pm. I paid $60 for these but they aren’t even worth $20. I have no problem paying the price as long as the work matches . I am originally from New York and I am use to my nails looking presentable . I am embarrassed and hoping that i can get them fixed at another nail salon in NEW YORK on Sunday . King Nail Salon you should be closed !

Polite people...... I went for my eyebrows and before she started I told her that I didn't want my eyebrows too thin, I have naturally thick brows. I also repeated it right before she put the wax on me. She finished and my brows were paper thin, like atp I had no brows. I was EXTREMELY disappointed because of how bad they came out but also because I was excited to get them done. L experience, I would not recommend at all.
