“The best laundromat in my neighborhood! I pass by other laundromats just to get to this one, the manager there, Alvaro, is an absolute beast! Very efficient professional and kind, everytime I've been on a hurry about my work clothes he's always capable of helping me out, the place is clean the machines too and it doesn't get too crowded, they also have chairs to wait for the laundry and a couple of snacks and drinks in the machine, keep it like that guys you doing a fantastic job!”

“This place is the best! They do a thorough job with washing and folding. They are always great at communicating & their drivers are so kind and patient - once one of them waited on my stoop for a long time after I miscommunicated! Additionally, if any issues come up they always address It right away. For example: a blanket I sent out to wash was unfortunately ripped(no fault of theirs, I should have communicated the instructions for the blanket bc It was a unique material one) they ended up paying for It, covering the load that was sent out, and gave me a generous amount of credits for my next loads. If I need an early pick up or drop off they are extremely accommodating (the owner will even offer to do It himself if necessary).Overall, they are a very trustworthy spot to send your laundry to with great customer service and reasonable prices for their quality of service.”

“This is the best wash and fold service in the Heights. 85c per pound if you bring it yourself, a months worth of laundry is washed, dried, and folded for less than $50. I know people who pay that much just for machines per month, and they need to bring their own detergent and fold their own clothes! Esmeralda is an absolute gem and always helpful, never judging with how many clothes I bring. As a very busy person with bad arthritis, being able to unload the burden of laundry to Anne’s Wash and Fold has been an incredible blessing. Thank you!”

“Always clean and friendly.Today, I ventured to the bank in the rain to get quarters for my building washing machine, to find that it was closed for Veterans Day. I stopped into the soap box to ask if they might let me use the quarter machine despite it being for customers only. I was graciously allowed to get $5 in quarters and the woman would not accept any payment from me. I really appreciated her kindness and will continue to use this facility the next time that my building machine inevitably goes on the fritz!”

I just feel that the dryers are a bit bit week because it takes more than an hr to get my pants and towels totally dry. other than that everything is good. the staff is good, just there is one lady in her mid 20's or early 30's being super rude.”
