If I could give this bank zero stars I would but I will just sum it up. This bank is horrible in every way, customer service sucks, they are uneducated, they are quick to help their friends before attending to potential new clients, the music was horrible and over all there were a lot of shady people around. I didn't feel confident in sitting and waiting to be seen by someone. Even when I was seen by a loan office he was very dismissive. If you don't want to do your job just stay home and keep that cynical attitude to yourself. I definitely will not be coming back here.

I love LSFCU . I have been a member since 2014. One of my fav reps is Tracey Jefferey he is AMAZING! So tentative and whatever you ask he can make happen fast. This bank feels more like a family than a regular bank.

If I could give zero star I will , worst bank institution ever,horrible customer service ever had to deal with ,from manager to employees ,all of them shouldn't work on a customer Services job, will never respond to your email, will never answer the phone even at 9 :00 sharp ( time they open) ,,worst experience ever ,,highly not recommended

I had Mitchell Joseph today helping me out for the last two days and he has been so nice and very patient with me. He answered ally questions and I would hope the manager of jersey city liberty saving federal credit union sees this and acknowledges his great customer service thanks Mr Joseph

It's terrible. Can't find anyone to speak to. Leave msgs with phone number so they can return you call but they never do. Website is unreliable. Always rejecting my info when I try to sign in. Finally spoke to someone today who didn't fully understand my questions although they were straightforward. Finally received the info I asked for from the person I spoke to because on their website, it wasn't readily available and the info received was incompleteCalled back again to get missing info and can get no one on the phone. I NEED the info I'm seeking. Never heard of a bank where you can't get ANYONE to answer your call!

Terrible bank, terrible customer service, and deceptive practices. God help you if your going through an illness like COVID and you cant make money; some guy named (which I cannot name) will call you every day until the debt is paid. Along with the phone calls I'd get TONS of letters through the mail; atleast 8 letters stating the same thing; I need to pay back my debts. Run Away from the institution!Edit: I had to rewrite this review because the bank tried to take it down.

If I could give 0 stars I would I wrecked a car that got paid by gap and insurance the lady I spoke with from the bank told me not to worry about paying my payment cause the checks would clear then they call me five months later saying I owe them almost 600 dollars in late fees and said it was my fault that they told me back in October when no one told me anything at all do not get a loan through this place

this has to be hands down the worst customer service. this is the second time that I sit and wait for a call back that never happens. both times I had to go elsewhere to do business.I only have a savings account and wanted to open a checking account filled out the paperwork online and waited for a call back since that's what the website said someone will call you and it never happened. I called to get information and one branch never answered another branch was rude and couldn't answer my questions. i will be opening an account with another credit union

Honestly place sucks. Hours change and are limited. Here's a list of don'ts:Dont come at 345, they might already be closedThey do not take coin rollsDo not accept passport cardsIf your state ID is expired even a day, no withdraws. This is a if you must branch (shared). Otherwise, stick to your regular credit union locations.
