I've been going here for the last 5 years. My son is 11 and still loves it here. It's a great time any day plus they're always changing it up in there so you're always in for something new.

Always so much to do when you’re here, but when it’s crowded it can be overwhelming

I finally understand that this is the secret to keeping your kids busy on rainy days and weekends. It does get packed though.Lots of variety for activities but of course expect airport tier pricing on mediocre food.Only had the pizza at the small food court - pricey and luke warm. You do get to add certain toppings buffet style though (pickled onions? Yes plz). Next time I'll kindly ask that they pass me the next one that comes right out the oven.Overall lots of fun stuff and if your kid(s) are into it - it'll be an easy option on the list to hit up. Consider the annual membership if you'll be there more than a couple of times a year.

Nice space and exhibits for young and old. The entrance is just a bit expensive.

Terrible center! I got frustrated while playing with the blocks! But still a very nice place.

It was decent but some of the attractions could've used a little more "oomph" - especially the Wild Kratts portion. That area had a few minor things for kids to do and it was somewhat underwhelming. I expected more of a section where there's actual interaction with the Kratts like a screen that kids can touch to learn about different wildlife directly from the brothers. Instead there's a coloring station that the kids can scan in their images to be displayed in a projection... kinda cool but nothing to really help them learn more about the animals. There were some other activities but nothing as interactive. The big "wow" exhibit was the Pixar section but it's not really meant for kids under 5. Overall the place is fun for kids and worth the experience.

Super fun place to spend the day. Lots of interactive exhibits for kids to explore. We took our toddler for his birthday and he loved the dino dig and undersea exploration areas. Food court was decent and parking was easy.

For the price I was expecting more. Some areas are no maintained properly some repaired with duct tape Electricity room. Vents are broken. Dirty. Nobody clean the areas. They charge you extra for everything. I side. About 10 extra. Basically for 30 dollars is a kids play ground divided in sections. Only cool things are the building with mirror at the entrance and the balcony to take pictures of nyc. Well the mini trains. That’s it. No worthy. Go to history or met museum. Cheap and a lot to do.

Best to go there on a weekday, when all the kids who just do whatever they feel like doing are at school. Especially if you want to use an interactive exhibit, they’ll just start grabbing, and the parents will get mad at YOU because you had the NERVE of not just letting them do what they FEEL like doing. They also like to scream for no reason. Apart from the misbehaving kids, it’s a pretty good museum. The Photo Booth needs to be repaired. The planetarium is great. The museum could have guidelines for misbehaving kids.

Membership is absolutely worth it. Planetarium is amazing, and the shows are interesting too. Has something for all ages. Many bathrooms on each level easily accessible and very clean. Cafeteria food is so good! Both kids and adults enjoyed!Recommend avoiding the first weekend of the month as it's free for anyone with a Bank of America card and the place gets packed to a point it's not enjoyable.
