😧Unfortunately, I went to purchase a vacuum cleaner and spoke to one of the sales reps on the floor that really had no knowledge of the vacuum cleaners.. They didn't know anything about the products, and they sound confused about what the vacuum cleaners and the prices. My experience was as horrible!

Went to pick up a few items, and helpful was available. It's not like it used to be with a lot of help. You just have to walk around and find someone to help you locate and ask about what you want to buy.
