I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 5 years and every time I come I have been provided with excellent service! My nails last for over a month and the nail techs understand the designs that I always ask for!

They do not honor appointments, they will literally take whoever walks through the door 1st.my appointment was for 3 and its 3:35 and I still haven't been seen. Very unprofessional.

My experience:
People are saying a lot of bad things about this place and when I went there, it wasn’t horrible like they said it was. The employees there are nice and friendly and they speak in their language a lot, but I don’t see a problem why they can’t. They did my sister’s nails and they looked fantastic! They spoke to my sister and had great conversations while her nails got done, my sister had the best time. It is a great place, according to me and my sister, (even in appearance).
Clarifying: I saw someone saying the employees chat loudly in their language, which I can’t back up. The language they speak isn’t used with a quiet tone and is one of the loudest, so I’d say they can keep doing that. I saw another review about getting their eyebrows done and receiving red marks around their eyebrows after. Let me explain this clearly, the reason why you get those red marks is because they have to hardly yank off the eyebrow hairs that aren’t relevant to you with a piece of some paper and wax. If they don’t do so, then that would result in your eyebrows getting surrounded by wax and unplucked eyebrow hairs that look messy. Pick one, that or red marks. I don’t understand the hate.

Please do not get your brows done here! It was my first time waxing my brows here and this is what I saw when I got home. The girl did not show me a mirror or anything to look at what she had done. Luckily I was wearing a baseball cap on the way home. Only when I got home and looked in the mirror to see this. It is very irritated and it burns. I do not recommend it at all. I also got a manicure and the girl gave me a cut on 4 fingers and puts crazy glue on it to stop the bleeding. This is not something to do. I used to get my nails done here and never had this happen. I will no longer be going there for any of their services plus they charge you a lot for simple service other nail technicians will do a better job at.

The worst nail place ever. Went for a fill in and gel pedicure. At first they said they can do my pedicure. After they did my fill in I was told to wait 10 minutes and sit on the pedicure chair. The lady that was suppose to do my pedicure was finishing up doing someone’s nails. After 10 minutes I asked how much longer. Then the lady said she has to do eyebrows and then eat. She never mentioned she was doing eyebrows afterwards. With an attitude and very rudely yelled to give her 5 minutes and if I don’t want to wait to go home. Horrible experience. Dirty and unsanitary place. I don’t recommend. They are understaff and wait times are too long. They tell customers to come back at another time. Another thing is they talk too much and too loud in their language. One of the ladies didn’t have a mask and was coughing over me. There are better nail spots!!

Small place where ventilation is a problem. The moment I entered the nail salon, there was an obvious smell of chemicals like acetone, nail polish etc. These chemicals are detrimental to your lungs and other vital organs. I did not notice any air purifiers around. Also, speaking your own native language should not be a problem, but to be loud is not acceptable esp.if you have customers not speaking your language , is not right and not acceptable.. If you are searching for a nail salon in this area, be aware of health and noise issues..
