Yesterday, I visited the Newport Mall location, and it seemed like it wasn't the best day for one of the employees there. Unfortunately, she came across as rude and acted as though our presence was bothering her.

Horrible customer service at finish line in macys. Employees were laughing at the schedule and wouldn't acknowledge customer. Employee made customer put the shoe back when they didn't have the right size.

The staff is so rude and dismissive at this place! They wouldn't let me in to the fitting room 40 min before closing and were very unapologetic and nasty about it! Stay always from this location
