The only great customer service in this store was with the Arab gentleman and young lady. The others seem to only to cater and be kind to their own. This used to be one of my go to stores. No damn more.

While the store is well-organized, the service in the shoe department is awful. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to help me find the right size, despite 2-3 employees being nearby. They moved incredibly slowly and didn’t even acknowledge me with basic politeness or a smile when I tried to get their attention. If staffing is such a challenge, why not move all the shoe boxes into the main area so customers can find their sizes themselves? Trust me, it would improve your sales!
But that’s not all. Eventually, a manager appeared and quickly assigned one of the slow employees to assist me. She took forever and then asked for my ZIP code twice for no reason. I was so frustrated that I just wanted to wrap up and leave. She then told me they could ship the pair in two days—but I hadn’t even tried the shoes yet! It was clear she wasn’t paying attention to what I needed.
I won’t be returning to Macy’s.

No customer service whatsoever!! 1 hrs waiting on someone to get shoes!! Ontop of that Mac counter person constantly walking away...gets ready to see me then walks away to someone else calling her!! Make it make sense! No training in speaking with customers or any kind of customer care.

One of worst store for macy's the employee didn't answer to you only speak Spanish and helping their people , the offer in the website different than the store and you have to ask them to match
I wish any manger from macy's visit this place and evaluate

On the phone it says it opens till 9 but when I got there at 8:45 the doors were shut. Idc what anyone says but that’s just false statements

Its an ok store if you want to grab something quickly. But they dont have a lot of variety specially in men section. Seems ok for women, kids, perfumes and household but not for men.

Poor staffing..
Dear Macy's,
If u can't handle the stores it's better u guys can close the physical stores..
It takes 45mins to pay..
Atleast consider installing the automated payments setup.

Love to shop at Macy's . Need more cashier on the first floor. There is.always.only one cashier. you spent 3-4 hundreds of dollars, and they have no bags to give.
