My new favorite reformer/treadmill class! I've been to other reformer classes but it always felt too fast or overwhelming for me. The full body movements on the reformer at mega are relatively easy to pick up and the instructors are really helpful. Also i hate running but mega makes it fun with the interval speeds!

I LOVE Megafit. It's my favorite workout in JC. I love that it's a great mix of Pilates and running. Sometimes I switch it up and do the Mega only and quickly realize that it's easier to the mix. hehe. After 3 months I can really see the tone and definition on me. And my hubby has been telling me I look fit. Theres no stopping me now! All of the instructors are great and have different teaching styles.

After 3+ years of doing Orange Theory 3-4 times a week, I was ready to mix things up a little and do some more focused mobility and core strength work - but I didn't want to miss out on the running that I enjoyed so much. Who knew that the perfect combo existed?? MEGA has been an amazing addition to my fitness routine, and the coaches are fantastic (even when you are a little slow on the uptake on the reformer...)

MEGA is without a doubt my favorite workout class in the JC/Hoboken area. The instructors are so kind and energetic, and really take the time to ensure the class is using correct form. I love running in their STRIDE format, but even if you're not a runner it's accessible to all fitness levels. I look forward to every class I book!

I loveeeee mega! I love Pilates but also wanted to get my cardio in so these classes are perfect for me! I love having the option to do a Pilates only class every now and again also. The instructors are all great and super helpful! I’ll be sad if I ever move away because this workout class has become essential to my routine now! Couldn’t recommend the workouts enough!

I found MEGA while recovering from cervical disc herniations needing to trade in my cardio HIIT workouts for something more low impact (but still high intensity). I still have chronic neck pain, but I feel like classes at MEGA heal me. Think of it like a physical therapy session that strengthens the muscles that help support your spine and also improve your posture. It has been great finding a work out that my body can handle while still feeling very accomplished (and sore) after.

MEGA is one of my fav fitness studios in downtown JC. Always leave feeling it the next day, and it’s great to actually see and feel myself get stronger.
Class sizes are ~12, big enough where you feed off the energy of a group fitness class, but small enough that instructor can walk around and help everyone with their form. The instructors here are all great - All are super friendly and attentive, giving adjustments or suggesting modifications to ensure that you are engaging the right muscles and staying safe.
Lagree on the reformer is definitely something to get used to if you’ve not done lagree before, but the instructors take time to show you how to use the machine, demonstrate all the moves, and give clear instructions.

MEGA in Jersey City is truly one of the best workouts I’ve ever done! The instructors are great (Amy is my girl!!!!) and the workout is such a burn. Couldn’t recommend MEGA more!

I love MEGA! It’s brought me back to working out consistently again. The EVO classes are my jam! The reformer machines really work your whole body. You know it was a great workout if you leave with your legs still shaking. Thank you to all the instructors for being so clear and proactive with correcting my form to make sure I’m activating all of the target muscles. Lastly, I really appreciate the class times as it can be difficult to find group classes starting at 4pm!

I’ve never been consistent with my workouts and, to be honest, I used to dread them. But discovering Mega JC completely changed that. Now, I genuinely enjoy working out and look forward to every session at the studio.
I love the intimate setup—it allows the coach to give more personalized attention, which makes a big difference. The workouts are definitely challenging, but I can feel myself getting stronger every day.
I’ve tried other Pilates and Lagree studios before, but the Megaformer here is a game changer. It feels safe, with enough pockets and grip support that I never feel intimidated getting on or off.
Overall, I’m so glad I found this studio—it’s been a transformative experience.

Update: I’ve been going for about 4 months now. I recommend the megastride format to everyone I talk to about working out. I went from telling people I’m not a runner to signing up for a 10k and liking running! I try to do one class weekly to breakup my training and I absolutely love it. I’ve taken classes with 4 instructors and they’ve all been great. Super energetic and encouraging to push you to push yourself.
The most fun workout class I’ve ever taken and one that I’ve raved to all of my friends about. I’m part of the “never been a runner” group but it honestly goes by so fast and I always get an amazing workout! The stride class my favorite, always amazing energy and upbeat, and I love the overall format of half running half reformer.

Mega JC is one of my favorite fitness studios! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and push you to challenge yourself in the best way possible. Every class is dynamic, engaging, and leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. I love how the workouts target every muscle and keep things interesting. I always look forward to coming back—highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing workout!

I love the coaches and the class overall! It’s fun, upbeat, and you always feel great afterwards. I’ve brought a couple of friends and they love it as well! The running and reformer fills in the gaps I’m missing in my overall fitness regime.
