The girl in the store put me out of the store after she finished with the customer in front of me. I came into the store at 4:45 pm. The door was open. My phone needed a little charge from her, to come on, to see if it was working properly. Most stores shut the door indicating that thier closed and then help the remaining customers on line inside of the store. Not make me stand there and wait until u finish with the customer in front of me and then say to me
we're closed.

Be careful with this MetroPCS they will try to rob you or sell you defective equipment. The guy sold me a phone without a receipt without a PIN without a name and he overcharged me and then they refused to take it back. I will be reporting this incident to Metro PCS and to the better Business bureau . Watch out for the Spanish dude with too much hair

Deceitful Sales Tactics. A New phone was purchased as a gift,but the salesperson added a phone case and glass case on the phone without my permission or consent making it impossible for it to be refunded or returned due to the glass case being put on it. They offered me 12 dollars for a refund(The phone was over 180 dollars) and the representative pretended to call her manager claiming I couldn't speak to her on the phone. I will stick to my two lines until I find a better carrier and service that doesn't pise unscrupulous tactics to steal paying customers hard earned money.

Representative was not helpful at all. Had to make 3rd trip for good explanation that works *so far**I came in & told him problem. He said it was fixed & took another person & ignored me when I asked him question. Bad service!

Worst ethic. They give “free” phones with a new line but the phones are trash. Then when you go to get another phone they say they can’t do anything. That you have to wait a week no matter if you use your phone to work. Worst company ever.

The girl who helped me was very kind and helpful, she took the time that they didn't take at the place where I bought my cell phone. I am very grateful to her, I don't remember her name but she is a Colombian girl, I didn't have to wait long either, I recommend it, good service.
