Micro Tech has been great I came here for two of my devices on separate occasions and they have been great with the work they do. I came back the second time because they did so well with my laptop that I trusted them with my iPhone. My phones screen went straight black and my phone company refused to help me. They also fixed the back because it was cracked, looks brand new! Very professional process and efficient!

4 stars are for the owner ,who has been courteous ,Patient and fair over the last 10+ years. However, when he is not on the property his hired staff works against him to run customers away. I have witnessed these guys calling customers names after they walk out. They speak in their native language when they are communicating, usually when they are complaining about someone.I hope the owner finds technicians that better represent him professionally.

They helped me change the hinge and back cover of my laptop. Did good work, but my laptop doesn't close perfectly and I have scratches on other parts of my laptop during repair. They get "original" parts which are bent or broken and still use them without checking, which is why I see these problems. Timeline was okay, it took about 6 days to get it repaired. The guy at the reception is polite but they need better technicians. I was charged $195, almost the same as Geek Squad.
