So- I got my first ever Pandora bracelet for Christmas ( OBSESSED WITH THE CHARMS) I was a little girl screaming inside. My bf did his best with getting my wrist size right but it was a little big but I thought no biggie, he gave me the gift receipt and said to stop by before this date ( JAN 28 and my birthday was that week so it was a treat yourself thing to finally have the time to resize my bracelet band). so I stopped a week before excited to fix get my wrist band resize? It was my first stop walking into Pandora and let me tell you.. How disappointed I was no one tried to help me or said : hello welcome" that didn't bother me as much as when I showed them my bracelet The person who attended me she was blonde and wore glasses and she said this is worn - we can't do anything about it sorry and looked the other way. And I said is there anything you could do it was a gift and the reason I did not come sooner was because it was holiday season/ the new year lots of busy events/ I did not have time I came before the date on the receipt. and to be honest I just felt very sad it was just very unpleasant energy. No energy to help, no energy to solve a solution. My bracelet of course is not in perfect condition I have worn it for a month so the only solution she gave me was to buy a new everything I was like .....ok. I don't think I will return back to the physical store. Might just stick to buying online my charms.

I would give them 0 if I could. I have purchased jewelry multiple time from this store. They refused to take a return for a ring that I had purchased 2 days ago. The lady told me that the ring had "scratches". Pandora shouldn't have sold me the ring if that was the case. Honestly they have lost my business.

During my recent visit to the Pandora store at Newport Mall in New Jersey, I faced difficulties with an incorrect ring size. Despite what the manager had previously informed my boyfriend about the 30-day exchange policy for sizing issues, the employee I approached with the matter seemed unhelpful. It was disappointing to hear that the time spent trying on the ring didn't matter to her. I hope the store can improve its customer service and ensure a more accommodating experience for future visitors.

If you can go to a different store, avoid this one.The sales associates at this store seem rude and passive. They seem in a rush to walk away if you are here to pick up an order instead of purchasing right there. Maybe they’d get a commission if they help you purchase right there? Quite unprofessional. There were four or five associates there during my visit and I was the only customer. I didn’t get why they were all in a rush that seemed dismissive to the customer. I honestly would’ve bought something if they helped me find one that I’d like.

I bought a ring one month back and the ring got totally fade off!!! I went back to the store pandora newport mall and when i showed the condition of the ring to the manager of the store she did not even tried to listen the whole situation. She clearly said you have to come every month and get your ring polished. Like seriously? These guys never told me about this that i have to come back every month. And the manager of the store was so rude with me she clearly declared that im lying. I told her i got no option thankyou for making me disappointed and literally in full attitude she said ok no problem have a good day. Worst manager i have ever seen!!!

I just had my very first experience at Pandora for my 30th birthday and I loved it! Stacy was amazing! I was indecisive about what rings to get. She gave me her honest opinion, was super patient with me and most of all, genuine! I did not feel pressured into buying anything. Retail employees are usually pushy but Stacy was the exact opposite. She took her time to show me all my options and laughed with me as I went back and forth with two rings. I ended up getting both rings and a matching necklace!! Haha I love my new jewelry and I am now a Pandora fan. Thank you, Stacy! You deserve a raise for exceptional customer service!

Beautiful jewelry. What i don't like is that the prices are not on the charms. They have to look up the charms to find the price. Take up too much time. Aside from that I am on love with the 2 bracelets and 6 charms I purchased.
