Ordered online, schedule an appointment, arrived at the site on the time of the appointment and they said that the tire was not available yet. A waste of my Sunday time. Re-scheduled for 2 days later. On the process of the wheel removal they said that 1 lug nut was given they a problem to be removed. So then they couldn't change my flat tire, they told me to contact the manufacturer of the car. Lol . Is it a tire store with "mechanicals" that does not have tools or expertise in remove a stock lug nut???? I had to drive back home with my flat tire and carry the new in the trunk. My service mechanical came to my house the day after with proper tool and expertise and remove the nut in few minutes. Such a waste of money and time for their installation fee.

They treated me incredibly poorly. I went twice, and the first time they canceled, and when I went back, they told me I had to wait an hour and a half. I had made an appointment at 3 p.m. and had to come back at 4:30 p.m. When I came back, they told me I had to wait two more hours! It's disrespectful. They treated me poorly. I went twice, and I tried. I thought the previous time they had treated me poorly for being late, but the second time I realized they were always like that. The girls are pathetic.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Came in to their shop since the car wouldn’t stay on after turning over. Paid nearly $1,000 to get it fix. After paying and leaving it with them for two days the car still won’t stay on. Manager was incredibly disrespectful saying that they never told me changing those parts would fix the issue my car was having. I never would’ve paid them that much money to not even fix what was wrong with my car!!! Not to mention the thousands of dollars they tried to up sell me on random stuff that my car absolutely didn’t need like a whole new suspension

They are liars and crooks
Brought my car in because it was struggling to start. Replaced the battery and it still didn’t work, then they told me i needed a new alternator to fix it. They gave get car back to me and it still didn’t work. The manager was then very rude to me. I learned my lesson and will never come back. The Toyota dealership next door was very helpful and fixed everything.
