Just giving them one star to warn you! Don’t use the ATM’s ( yes they have two) on a certain sketchy street! The ATM are always broken. You’ve been warned!!!!! Don’t ever go in to speak with a branch manager. They will have you waiting hours!
It’s no parking. so if you don’t want to get a parking ticket, don’t do your banking there. The tellers are not trained enough to give you simple answers on your account. Trust the reviews. People don’t type to be negative towards the institution. They type to really warn you!
YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!
I foresee a class action lawsuit suit coming soon for all the $36 over draft fee accessed! Just BOA!

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would, and you can see from my reviews that I am pretty generous. I went here today because my phone was stolen two days back and my online banking was connected to it. Unfortunately, when I tried to access my account online it wanted to verify my phone number via my phone.... that was STOLEN. I thought okay my best bet is to go to the bank in person. Well, I went TWICE in one day. The first time I went the teller/consultant told me that she could not help me because my address wasn't lining up and she could not verify my ID despite me giving my social security number, she said she needed my passport. Okay, I walked back home, fetched the passport and went back and she still said she could NOT help me because my passport number didn't line up then she processed to give me the customer service phone number to call and when I reminded her I didn't have a phone and asked if they had one there I could use she said no. I told her I have been depositing money into this account for years and when I went to set up the bank account years ago with the SAME passport and driver's license I had no problem. Eventually, an agent online helped me way more and temporarily suspended my online banking. I wish she could have at least done this more me and save me the two trips I made there. I have no clue what she is talking about and when I go back to Pittsburgh now I have to make sure that my account has my address and all up-to-date information. I don't recommend going here and honestly feel bad for the people who HAVE to go to this establishment, good luck.

I have noticed a lot of negative reviews about this particular bank, but I must say that after my recent visit, I am not sure why people have given such negative feedback. The security personnel were polite and courteous, the bank teller provided a good service and the banker who assisted me, Michele Boyd, was exceptional in solving my problem. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Therefore, if anyone faces any issues with anyone else at the bank, I would highly recommend asking for her assistance.

Work too slow,even if it’s not busy ,just to get account number information ended up with tax identification number they are totally different rules from branch to branch

This is a terrible branch. I’ve been a customer at this branch for over 15 years. The branch manager did not care, was no help at all. It’s best to call customer service for all your needs. Do not open an account at this branch. They do not value their customers at all.

Not the Place you would want to go to open a Business Account while being a Minority. On 02/15/22. I proceed to go and open my business account at this location. Once greeted I sat n spoke with a banker he proceeds to go over my paper work as going over it he told me there's an error one paper is miss LLC on it. From there I knew this was the wrong bank to go to. He runs to the back and comes back out. Asking me everything he did before he went back. Now come the Branch Manager for some reason he has to take over opening this account. After showing my business credit cards he proceed to say it must be a major bank credit card. I Live in a luxury complex where the lease is digital n on a login portal. He proceeds to stay that's not acceptable. Next I offer my water bill. Not acceptable, now at this point he's lying. He does wants to open this account for me. I can bet any amount of money that bank specifically doesn't offer higher services to minorities other than a checking accounts.

I went today to this location to open a new account and I do not understand all the hate it gets from other people here. I had to wait more than expected which did frustrate me initially but the people that work here especially Sukhi, Elizabeth and Abdul made sure I got good service. I would definitely recommend this location and bank.I would suggest that make an appointment before hand and be prepared to wait (read "be patient") before getting serviced.

Worst banking services. They don't value new customers here. Please don't waste your time going to this PNC branch. Bankers here are rude and literally don't know what they are looking for in documentation if you are looking to open up a bank account.
