I scheduled to have maintenance service on my SEARS HVAC unit Sears cancels the first appointment with 2 hours left in the work order. The next scheduled maintenance technician comes and leaves my attic light on, my hose thrown in the garden and tells me what I should do to maintain the HVAC. When I tell him that he should be doing these since its part of the maintenance service and he says SEARS doesn't allow technicians to do that. SEARS is a sham. They hire these free lance workers who are unprofessional and dishonest. Do not use SEARS. Your better off going with PSEG.

So, I saw an air conditioner on their website and noticed they had 2 available in the store. I tried To call the store no one answers. I hit A different department each time. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION AND THEN THE PHONE HANGS UP ON YOU. It was approximately 2 or 3pm when I called.
So, I decided To use the chat option. This person tells me they had 2 in the store and I had To order it online and can not walk into the store where it is and buy it. I can Order it online and have it ready within 2 hours.
I tried Ordering it at 4 am. Order is complete and I have A confirmation number. I kept Checking my bank to see when it goes through and nothing. I check My emails is the “we are processing your order” email and see a “we are unable to process your order call this number” I call It and they’re asking me security questions. Right away I think This is cool. They tell me to order it again. I get The same thing all over again. It is now 2pm and my 3rd phone call and 2nd chat with the security questions etc. Then I’m told I have To wait 48 hours lol in the middle of a heatwave with a toddler and a special needs individual in my home.
Long story short. 10 hours trying to process my order. I have No air conditioner. I should Not have to go through all of this to beg a company to take my $600. I took my business elsewhere.
