I've never experienced such a terrible service in my travels in the US. The service from her expression to her speech was absolutely awful. There was a problem with your payment system and I just asked gently without getting upset about it. I don't know why she's always showing the worst service.
If you don't want to ruin your day, don't visit

Terrible customer service, chasing customers out rudely when closing. I came in 10 minutes before close and was continuously told the counter would be closed at 7pm. After checking out I went to an aisle again just to re-confirm I bought the right thing. Standing there for 10 seconds I got approached again saying “we are closing do you need to find anything” with a rude attitude which sounded just like chasing customer but not helping out at all. I said “i know you are closing and I’m just checking the color again, which will be very soon” then got replied with “I’m trying to help, why are you giving me an attitude”. This was not helping at all. Very very uncomfortable experience.

Horrible same day delivery service. What’s the point of being a rouge client spending tons of money at this trash location when u call to ask them about your order they are oblivious to anything you tell them. Customer service here is terrible also. You’re better off going to the one in Manhattan on broadway or 34th st where they actually have the products you’re looking for and will ask if you need help once inside if that’s what u need!! Not harass u bc they don’t know what else to do. Perfume availability is trash too. Everyone there should be fired. Oh and Shamika or Shellica whatever her name is that is employed at Sephora in Newport never once apologized for my item not being delivered by the thieves they employ thru door dash. This was a gift that I ordered for a family member and her whole tone on the phone was nonchalant. Never again will I patronize this location.

Today 7/3/24 me and my TikTok partner had the worst experience. As we was recording videos as we do all the time in Sephora and we have a great rapport we all the staff in most Sephora the one in the Newport mall is the worst. Not only do they follow you around the store today we was recording content and was told by the manager it was not allowed unless we get permission from Corporate. We the people who record and talk about brand and make them viral is the reason Sephora does as well as it does. The manager and staff at this location is the worst and they definitely need more people who love what they do. My daughter tried shopping and she could not get assistant in fact she was met with attitudes as if helping her was a problem. I’m very upset with the situation and treatment. Sephora do better.

I HATE shopping here. No less than 15 people bombard you every 30 seconds asking if you need help. They do it even when I put headphones in AND sunglasses on. And if I don’t answer the first time (because I literally have headphones in), they get louder. It makes the shopping experience so miserable and stressful. Please just leave me be. IF I NEED HELP, I’LL ASK.

The employees harass you the entire time you’re shopping. I found myself being approached by a different employee every 1-2 minutes which is extremely unnecessary and annoying. They brought me to a point where I wanted to drop my items and leave entirely because of how bad they made my experience. I don’t recommend shopping at this location at all.

Okay so I noticed a couple not so good reviews on here, but my experience is completely different. My 10 year old daughter and I visit this store quite frequently. I can honestly say the girls that work here are fantastic...very helpful and courteous. Even the security girl will watch my daughter for me if I leave the store to grab a coffee or something and let me know where she is when I get back.
On our most recent visit, my daughter came in looking for the new Summer Fridays product that just dropped two days prior. As there was no surprise, the store was sold out. My daughter was a little bummed, but Kiya (the store director) had put one aside that she was going to buy and sold it to my daughter. It made my little girl's night and I sincerely thank Kiya for extending that courtesy.
This is just one example of the kindness and great customer service the people in the store extend to us. Thank you to all, and obviously, we'll keep coming back.

I would like to leave a review for sales rep Natasha, she is amazing her customer service is superb!
