Don't go to this location. They have a terrible customer service and their workers think they are the owners of the store. A few days ago I went with my boyfriend and we were trying a few perfumes and a worker from there approached us and treated us badly. Since that day I only visit the Sephora in Kohls.

The team at this sephora are UNBELIEVABLE! Best experience with a beauty advisor I have ever had. Shoutout to Kia for being unbelievable with her help - we had a last minute order with a ton of products and they handled it like angels. Literally the best.....highly reccommend going out of your way to shop here.

Worst customer service! I am a regular customer since 5 years and understand that Newport Sephora isn’t the best in treating customers. Today was the beyond limits! Today the girl at the register was utmost rude, passive aggressive and mean to me. I had to report her to assistant manager who apologized but my mood was completely down and instead of buying anything I just left the store On a Monday evening obviously I wasn’t looking forward to be treated like this. My suggestion is Just don’t visit this store if you have self-respect.

DONT ORDER SAME DAY DELIVERYYOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REACH THEM IF SOMETHING GOES WRONGI waited 24hrs for them to process my order only for them to cancel it. I had a feeling they forgot my order so i tried calling the store. And guess what? They never answer their phones. I have tried calling many times to ask about my delivery order and there's no way to reach them. They just put you on voicemail constantly. Lazy and doesnt care about your hard earned money or time!Now i'm down $250 that they cant refund me after 10 days. I am not made of money so this is a terrible blow. The store doesn't even have the courtesy to answer the phone so i can ask why.

I love Sephora, but the employees here consistently stare you down as if you're gonna steal at any given moment even if you're an honest and repeat paying customer. My boyfriend and I were shopping around for not even a few minutes and 3 different employees came up to us to offer a basket/ ask if we needed anything. Yet they didn't do or say any of that to another woman who walked in behind us. It just made me feel uneasy. I did end up purchasing some products for well over $50 but I don't think I will return here as the woman behind the counter was not very friendly. I'll shop online from now on.

Terrible service. Went there for a shop and pay order for a delivery service, and the sales associate's demeanor completely shifted when I handed her the phone in order to scan the barcode. She became rude, even rolling her eyes. Checking me out seemed like a chore to her. That was so unnecessary and disgusting of her part. Furthermore more, I was being followed in the store by both security and the workers. Just go elsewhere.

Their security guards will follow you around. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a guy but I really didn’t appreciate being followed like if I’m about to steal when I was there to get my wife her birthday gift and a cologne for myself. Ended up getting neither

They put out perfumes sets with nice prices, and when you get to the register it’s $80 more, bait and switch, hoping you don’t pay attention. They should be ashamed of doing this corporate should be notified.

The staff is always very accommodating at this location but this review is directed for Bert.I came in today looking to buy a specific perfume and left with not only two bottles of perfume but also left with a memorable experience. Bert is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing and not all the time do you find someone who’s passionate about what they do. I had such a great experience with Bert today that I told one of my friends about it who happens to know Bert and loves him! Bert has also sold a few perfumes to him and had a wonderful time learning about each bottle.Also, I owe Bert a review on the Glossier and Dolce & Gabbana perfumes; EVERYONE LOVED IT!! Thank you thank you thank you!I don’t know how much he gets paid, but he definitely needs a raise! Sephora is very lucky to have him.
