I had collision repair done here for an accident I had back in June, and I'm very satisfied with my experience. The staff was helpful with my estimate and walking me through the repair process and insurance. Although the initial estimate wasn't available as soon as hoped, they more than made up for it by finishing ahead of schedule with repairs. And their work was excellent: my car looks and runs like the accident never happened! I'd definitely recommend these folks for any collision repair.

Had minor body damage on my car which was hit when parked and a good friend recommended Raul. Repairs were flawless and extremely timely. Very fair estimate and they actually charged me less than their quoted price. Thanks again Raul!

Very slow, and the customer support is bad.
I brought my car for an estimate on June 12 for a few scratches on the bumper, wheel arch molding and headlight (see the photo). They told me they would order parts first, so that I don’t have to wait while my car just sits there. Makes sense. In 4 weeks, by July 8, the parts were finally there and I brought my car in. They promised it would be ready within a week. However, later I received a text message saying it would be ready by July 23. It’s 15 days to remove and reinstall three plastic parts (even keeping in minds the cameras and sensors in them). I tried calling them to ask for explanations, but they just said they would call me back and hung up. No one ever called me back. I called again the next day and again - promised to call me back and never did. After I called the third time, they finally told me the car would be ready by July 19 (so, 11 days instead of 15).
I will update my review with the repair quality assessment when I have my car back.

What can I say…. So I found this company because it was listed on my insurance as a certified shop and when I went there my car wasn’t in the best shape cosmetically.
Now it took almost 4 weeks but when I picked up my car yesterday it looked like brand new… actually better than when I purchased it and they detailed the inside. I have NEVER seen the work quality that they put into my car done like that!
EXCEPTIONAL WORK! I’m so very happy with what they did and how they dealt with me! I would recommend them above any shop period!
They didn’t ask for a review or nothing they gave me a warranty and told me to have a great week…. Lord I’m so happy I could cry my baby is brand new all over again! They are now my #1 recommended shop

I just got back from Sernio's and had to write a review - they have such a kind, hard working staff and really try to do the best job possible - it was my first time bringing our Volvo in to them after a wacky run-in with a lady/scooter/shopping carts and I was nervous about the price and service. I got a great deal on both, and also the chance to meet my very first body-shop kitty cat with a strong work ethic (the little guy handles front entrance). I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!

We found Sernios because of the Google reviews and we were not disappointed! We had a great experience getting the side of our bmw fixed after an accident. Our car looks good as new and they made it easy to work with insurance. Highly recommended!Thanks Sernios!

Trust the negative reviews,Again, Dont trust Sornio,s with your car, if they send your car out to be evaluated by a dealership, get it in writing, Sornio,s auto body is misleading, they will tell you what you want to hear. the staff is unreliable and dishonest.Thanks again hector (manager)for all your help.I'm going to keep posting.Saving one car owner at a time.

I can’t say enough good things about Sernio’s. When I needed to replace my catalytic converter right before Christmas, I was worried my car wouldn’t be ready in time. The owner of the shop personally called me and assured me he would get it done quickly, and he did. Great customer service, honest pricing, and reliable. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I brought my car to Sernio’s Auto Body in Jersey City, NJ after it was rear-ended, and they were on the list of preferred auto-body places that work with the insurance company. After reading the wealth of positive reviews, I decided to give them a try. Well, I’m glad I did! From the moment I brought my car in to schedule the job, I knew I was in good hands. The office staff is very friendly and informative, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I received my car back, it was in perfect condition. They replaced the lift gate and did extensive body work and repairs underneath the rear of the car. Initially it was a nerve racking experience, as my car is newer-a Subaru purchased brand new in 2020, and they took amazing care of it. I’d highly recommend Sernio Auto Body for any of your car repair needs.
