Customer service is horrible, the printing staff i dealt with do not know what they are doing. Communication is terrible, they continue to misunderstand you, and it’s hard for them to explain the issues related to your project/printings. Overall just incompetent. And one of them left the phone call on hold and forgot to return back…

I stopped by the copy area here waited and waited and waited. The person behind the counter was busy chatting and joking. Never asked me if I needed help or even acknowledged me after making eye contact plenty of times. Other guys in the copy machine area walked by me no greeting no nothing. Tried to ask him something, he just walked past me. They do not want to help at all. Just pretending customers are not there.

Staples is still good and necessary. What was disappointing was that they discontinued having Cross Pens and refills in stock.

Very poor customer service. Walked in circles looking for help with printer toner and was met with a insolent retort when I asked the tech help desk for support. Not to mention a fee of $20 to send a 9 page fax.

Needed 3 files printed. Worst experience ever.
Guy tells me to use a copy machine. I ask if I can adjust the size of how it prints (don’t want it to print small). He tells me yes. I find out after spending money that I cannot, and it prints small.
Guy tells me to use one of the computers. I pay, then find out it doesn’t have a USB port for my thumb drive.
Guy tells me the other computer has a USB port, but that computer has an error message in Spanish. I reboot the machine, and it goes to the same error message in Spanish.
Guy tells me if I want help from him it’s going to be a really long time.
I walk out. Will never return.

Came in to print. I left my USB at home. I asked what's the fee to use the computer and print 1 document. Was told there's a $10 hold and .40 cents to print. Results for 10 minutes of usage because i couldn't get into my email with all the security. $4.50, 1 page double sided $1.04. 18cents tax. Total $5.72 to print 2 pages. The customer rep didn't know what he was talking about and this was a money grab. Staples is trash. LOW PRICES WHERE?!!!! I'll stick to UPS.

As a loyal Staples customer in Tampa, FL, it was only natural to visit the Staples in N.J. when I needed office services. I had the pleasure of meeting & being a recipient of Janet's exceptional customer service last Sunday, June 9, 2024. Not ONLY did the lovely Janet go above & beyond with my Amazon return. That alone was a 5-star experience! Janet also DELIVERED a case of water to the trunk of my car! I pulled up, popped the trunk, got out of the car & Janet was walking away... she already placed the 24 bottle case in the trunk! In a time when customer service is pretty much non-existent, Janet is the epitome of building client relations instead of making a quick sale, allowing Staples shoppers to run into competitors instead of remaining loyal.
Bravo, Janet. You are a diamond in the rough...thank you! ♡♡

I had a recent and enjoyable visit at the Staples store on Route 440. The sales associate was professional and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and provided information about the tech services offered at the site.

I enjoy this staples which is why i am a FREQUENT customer. The reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because the employee Angel is unprofessional, rude and just downright condescending. He talks to customers like we’re unintelligent or less than. I come there almost five days a week and every time i come in he gives me a hard time and acts like im an annoyance. He doesn’t greet customers or make the store inviting at ALL. If it wasn’t for the rest of the managerial staff i would switch locations.
