Great experience. Open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. I'm a early bird and 6 a.m. is GREAT for me. Good parking unlike Public Storage downtown Jersey City. I'm taking nothing away from public storage it's just traffic and I don't want to bother driving downtown Jersey City. I hope StorQuest works out price wise going forward because location and open and closing time is perfect.

Horrible costumer service Lack of delay By (MANAGEMENT) I have been trying to get my lock cut due to my key being lost has backed up my trip 3 days and now I arrive after speaking to Ben and still here waiting for him to come back to office this is incredible service by management not the office cause these super nice

I love how clean the storage place is. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Specifically, Xavier was of great assistance with information that benefited me. He's a keeper. Is there a management program for him? If not, he should be considered for his professionalism.

Ben the manager put forth efforts in helping us out Saturday early evening about 10 minutes prior to closing time and for that reason we appreciate him and the back office staff as well.
Additionally, this facility is very well managed, always kept clean and amongst other good things too.
If you need a storage unit, we highly recommend Storquest Jersey City

A frustrating experience with StorQuest and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend renting here, even if you’re in a bind. The only employee who stood out as helpful was Kimmy; she actually knows her stuff and is kind. Unfortunately, Ben at the front was the complete opposite. He was unhelpful, made several mistakes that cost me time and money, and I found him to be dishonest as well. Plus, the facility doesn’t even offer 24-hour access, which is a huge inconvenience. Customer service didn’t provide any real solutions either. I’ve had comparable priced units at the companies with better service.

I recently rented a unit at this new storage facility, and I couldn't be more impressed! The place is spotless, well-lit, and feels incredibly secure. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process seamless. The customer service here is truly top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer. The units are easy to access, and I love that everything is so well-organized. If you're looking for a clean, reliable, and customer-focused storage solution, this is the place to go! Highly recommended!

Honestly? Kimmiee is the main reason I’m rating this place as highly as I am. Every time I had any kind of issue she was ready, willing, and SUPER able to help me address it and make sure I was always satisfied with my storage experience. She’s a superstar and I appreciate the heck out of everything she’s done for us over the last few years, up to and including making our move-out experience as smooth as it could be.

We only needed to store our things for two months, got the promotional deal for the first month and paid normal price for the second. When we vacated our units on the day after our lease renewed for the third month, they did us a big favor by not charging us anything. The employees are always very helpful and pleasant to work with. While we did notice some evidence of mice being present when we first stored our things, we didn’t see any damage done to our belongings when we removed them.
