My bread was too hard but the sandwich I got was alright. Really would've loved a soft seeded sub though. Really enjoyed the look of the shop with the vintage movie posters pasted on the wall. Feels like they could do very well!

A suggestion: change packaging for French fries because the hot fries in plastic containersmakes them soggy. Or at least poke holes in the plastics to let the steam
Sub Culture was conceptualized in November of 2017 by Jersey city natives, Nick Roda and William Visnosky. Combined with their passion for food and their love of all things pop culture, Sub Culture was established on April 20th, 2018. Nick Roda comes from a long line of restauranteurs. The Roda family have had two successful restaurants in the downtown Jersey City area. The first was Downtown Eddy’s located on first and Brunswick. The second, was the Mixed Grill located on Jersey ave.
